Café Patachou is always bustling and for good reason. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the service is warm and welcoming. Despite how busy it was during our most recent visit, they were able to seat our group of five in just 25 minutes, which was honestly quicker than I expected given the crowd.
Our server (whose name I unfortunately canât remember) was fantastic friendly, attentive, and made a great recommendation. I went with the Cuban Breakfast, and it was delicious: a fried egg over seasoned black beans, rice, white cheddar, avocado, sour cream, and a spinach-jalapeño pesto that tied everything together perfectly. It was flavorful, fresh, and a really satisfying alternative to typical breakfast fare.
The kids had waffles and a burger and were just as happy with their meals.
One thing I really appreciate is the self-serve, unlimited coffee bar. Itâs a small touch, but it goes a long way especially when you can grab a to-go cup on your way out.
Café Patachou continues to be a go to spot for breakfast or brunch. They offer some rotating seasonal items, but the staples are always top-notch. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you can count on a high-quality meal and a welcoming experience....
Read moreI tried giving this location three chances and I will not go to this location. First time it was a party of two and we both were here . The hostess told us it was going to be an hour wait but half the dining room was empty. Then she said maybe she can squeeze us in. Then another party of two came in and they got seated right away. I was told they donât do reservations so I asked why they got seated and they said they are working on a table for us. I was told another time if I have a large party to come in early to get a table. It was a party of four and 3 out of the four was there early and we asked for a table. They said no because the fourth person wasnât here. But a large party came in and they didnât have everyone and they got seated. As of now they did the same thing again.
I also do not appreciate the hostess talking negatively about the guests. Having to listen to them talk about everyone that they are seating and laughing is unprofessional. The other locations, I have never had a problem but this...
Read moreThe place has potential, we came as a party of three and were greeted with a beautiful smile our server came and introduced herself after we were seated.
I didnât care much for the music it was actually a little bit noisy.
We had read previous reviews and I was excited about the availability of vegan options. I chose the Cuban Breakfast which had eggs, sour cream and cheddar cheese. I eat only a vegan diet and this dish had a vegan option available. It escaped me to ask but I thought there will be a replacement for the eggs, cheese and sour cream but instead they just removed them and added a bit of hummus making the dish bland and not worth the money.
My mom whose dish came with a side was asked if she wanted salad or fries, she asked for a salad and the salad was basically a pile of arugula leaves.
The vegan crepes which another one of us was delicious and had a lovely...
