Went there yesterday on a Saturday afternoon, not very crowded.we had a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids. Both food and service were horrible! You could totally feel that the server didn't want to be there. I asked about the ciders they had on tap and was told they do not have any and just hadn't updated there menu. I was trying to see what the server would suggest I try, but she just walked away. She did bring back 2 samples for me to try she said what they were and just left. She never asked if I liked them or wanted anything else to drink. Thankfully she had brought waters for all of us so I just drank that. She would get the kids drinks then walk away, the non alcoholic drinks, walk away, then beer and walk away again. We ordered chicken tenders for the kids and asked for bbq sauce and she said they had no sauces for them just ketchup, even though the menu says with choice of sauce. They came out and were the driest most tasteless chicken I ever tried. So my kids didn't eat a thing. 2 of us ordered the juicy burger and both were so dry they were crumbling apart. And the beer cheese on the burgers was terrible. My husband ordered the wings and got the wrong ones. I think the only thing that no one complained about were the fries, but if you didn't like salt you would have been mad, they were covered. The server didn't seem to notice or care that no one finished their food or wanted a take out box for the remainder of their food. It was over $100 for the meals and not worth it. I do not recommend and will...
Read moreSince it was so nice yesterday, hubby, myself and our pooch decided to get out for a bit. Dropped the guys off and I went to park. Got to the table and hubby had put the umbrella up. Server ( Tatum) comes out. No hello, welcome, nothing, not even “can I get your dog some water”? She commented that if it got windy, the umbrella would come down immediately and she didn’t say it in a nice way. Hubby asked for a menu and she said to scan to QR code for the menu. Hubby said “no, we want menus.” Her reply? “I’ll have to ask my manager if you can look them over.” Finally she comes back out with 2 menus and says” I’ll need them back after you order.” Did she think we were going to steal them? Food took forever to come out. When she decided to check on us, she stood at the door and asked/yelled to us if we needed anything. At that time we didn’t. When she brought out another customers drink, I asked for a Diet Coke to go and she acted like it was a bother. Coke was absolutely disgusting. Tatum and another person brought out our food and put it on the farthest side of the table so I had to stand up to get it. No “can I get you something, another drink?” Nothing!! She was absolutely THE worst server we have ever encountered. She should take a manners/etiquette class to learn how to be nice to customers. We will never return...
Read moreCame here for the first time on a Wednesday evening for dinner and drinks. Arrived with the parking lot so packed full of cars that I had to park in the adjacent lot - not a big deal. The parking situation was not due to everyone being at Daredevil Hall. I walked in with several places in the bar area to choose from. I can’t say the same for the dining area which was full of people playing trivia. Based on my first impression the place is pretty small in general. I was greeted pretty quickly and found something to sip on which was a bourbon type mixed drink. It was fine, nothing crazy. I would have gone for a beer but really nothing sounded good to me on their menu. I settled on a jalapeño burger which was pretty good as well. Seems smash burgers are their thing. Service was attentive, but dare I say too attentive? We were catching up and the lady stopped by 5 times before we knew what we wanted to drink. We honestly felt rushed and a bit uncomfortable. Catch a vibe lady! Anyway as an enjoyer of brewpubs, I’m glad I stopped by to try but this certainly doesn’t pick off my favorite for first place around the area and doesn’t land in my top 5 or even 10. I didn’t find anything particularly special or unique about the place. It wasn’t so bad that I’d advise against going. It was just...
