Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I bought the deep dish cheese pizza today and it had hair baked into 2 piece. One piece it was baked into the dough and on the second piece it was melted in the cheese. I tried to call the store and someone picked the phone up then sat it down. I sat and waiting for a while but they never came back to the phone you only heard them speaking in Spanish to each other. I called back 3 times and it just gave a busy signal. I get to the store and let them know it was me calling to let them know there is hair in the pizza. The man replies with "well we are busy" (2 people were in there waiting for their order). I ask for a refund while he attempted to tell me he cut my pizza and doesn't have long hair smh. I let him know he wasn't making the pizza you can see a girl with long black hair making the pizza. He then trys to act like he isn't understanding what I'm saying so I ask for a refund again and show him the long black stringy hair. After going back and forth with him for a few minutes he gives me a receipt and says I'll see the refund in a few days. The cooperate number doesn't work it is just...

The person at the counter was friendly and well-spoken and I appreciate her. However, Little Caesars are always supposed to have certain items "hot and ready" ..... and there were no pepperoni puffs ready. Nor any of the other puffs, either. Why they constantly break their own rule is beyond my comprehension. The inside of the store itself is nice, but the overall environment outside causes one to get vibes of crime and low income. Cars parked illegally everywhere, as if it's common practice for the locals to park in the no parking zone. There were two beggars hanging out in front of the store and one of them asked me for money. This makes me feel very uncomfortable, and I am a unlikely to return to this location unless they start reporting this begging (which is illegal) to the police, and start having the items they're supposed to have...

I wish I was able to give this location less than. 1 star... Customer service is horrible unless your Hispanic of course... The first time I came here I waited 10-15 minutes for a pizza. I watch them make it, cut it how I asked boxed it up then handed it to someone who had just walked in. I was pissed!!!! Here it is the second time me coming here to grab my son something quick to eat and they tried to charge me over 11 dollars for a 6 dollar pizza because I asked for extra sauce now what kind of foolishness is that??? I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that since I wanted extra sauce they have to charge me extra for everything...if im going to pay 11 dollars I'm going to order Marco pizza not little Caesar's pizza....
