Original review, 2015
I never write reviews, but I've probably ordered from these guys over the net a hundred times. I've had two orders total that weren't right (and were promptly corrected), and I've been using them for years. Pretty stellar track record if you ask me, and it's always well-made.

I don't know what happened to this place, but it's gone WAY downhill in the last year or so. Cheese sticks are always burnt, dry pizza, sandwiches are usually still good enough for what you'd expect. Last time I ordered from here the delivery guy forgot the dipping sauce and drink. Not a big deal, I thought, considering the above review. Called, was assured he would come back with the missing items. After another hour, I called again, same assurances. Another hour goes by. I called to speak with manager, get put on hold for 20 minutes (listening to the woman who answered the phone repeatedly tell the manager I was waiting) before giving up and calling yet again. Greeted by manager with an attitude, but I got my money back. Incorrect order, long wait, etc, those things are inevitable. When handled properly rare issues are acceptable. Tonight's service was NOT acceptable, and I won't use this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to really like this place. Especially after they revamped the menu. Ordered from them quite often in fact. Even signed up for their Rewards. Got my free rewards Pizza finally! Was really excited about it. Oreded our pizza added my normal extra cheese extra pepperoni and their chicken bacon tomato. Get my pizza and it is far from extra cheese that I paid for on top of my coupon. And I pay for that every other time before I ever had a coupon. So when I called to politely say, hey. I thought you guys were a little light on the toppings. I got a mathematical equation of how many ounces of cheese were put on a pizza depending on whether I had regular cheese, extra cheese, or double cheese. So he pretty much told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the pizza that I paid for I'm just SOL because it's all about the ounces per Pizza. No offer to make sure that a (long-time customer)obviously, because I earned the points was satisfied. Oh I remember the days when places actually cared about their returning customers. I guess this isn't the case now. At least not at this store. Guess i should go back to the mom and pop...

Anyhow I ordered online, paying in person. Almost let me pay and walkout with sauces, no biggie I ask, although brought the incorrect ones at that time
Another person checks me out, puts the money in the drawer without giving change. I ask, heās like āhe didnāt tell me, didnāt knowā -ok again, no worries.
I ask for a receipt to which he shows me the balance ticket. I say, āno I need payment receipt.ā He takes the ticket and just repeats, āSo, you want another!?ā
No, Again I donāt need a balance receipt, what I needed was one showing my payment transaction, showing what I paid/with.
These are clearly 2 different types of tickets.
To which a women says to me, you cab only have a receipt for card payment.
Yes, they will refuse to give you a receipt if you pay in cash.
The man then told me to have a āblessed dayā in the snarkiest tone.
