Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I had made an order at 11:42 a.m. on 2/18/19. After I made the order it said it would be 13-23 minutes to get my order. I looked at the clock at 12:20 and figured I would give them 10 more minutes before calling and seeing what was going on. At 12:31 p.m. I call and a young woman answers, I tell her I made an order 45 minutes ago and hadn't recieved it. She then tells me that she didn't have a driver for 3 hours and that she called my phone and no one answered but she cancelled the order. I told her that I had been sitting here, by my phone for 45 minutes and never received one call. That it was the same number I was talking to her on now and all she had to say was again "that I called your phone and no one answered." Not that she tried to call back, not that she tried to leave a message, not that she was sorry for the inconvenience. Just that she called my phone and no one answered, when I can show actual proof that I recieved no phone calls in the 45 minutes I waited. I highly suggest you have your employees follow through with some sensitivity training for issues like this. She was insensitive which in turn made my experience unpleasant. I've ordered from this location multiple times before and this will be the last time. Not that the location really cares, as it showed through the interaction...

I originally had came on here to do a fantastic review, and then saw the ignorance of some people shine through. @ miss mekas post. Not only is her illiteracy showing, but her inability to recall events as well. The beautiful manager in charge had went to check her out and MISS MEKAS CARD DECLINED.. in which Miss Meka being the great citizen she is snatched the food and refused to pay for the rest… i’m not sure if she’s mad that she got the police called, (why would you call the police first if you did nothing wrong), or if she didn’t have enough funds to pay for her order.. i heard the phone ring MULTIPLE times from her offspring right after this incident occurred.also it was an AIRpod not an Ipod. Miss Meka should work on her spelling and common decency other than worrying about a child working at a pizza shop. Anyways, some people just don’t have common sense, or money nowadays apparently. But my PAID for pizza was fantastic! (also made by the same WASHED hands, which she also doesn’t realize the HEALTH DEPARTMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE PIZZA MAKERS TO WEAR GLOVES AS THEY HOLD MORE BACTERIA) Love this Dominos and will continue to support and recommend them! @missmeka, she wasn’t the only one who took...

(RETURNED TO REVIEW TWO WEEKS LATER STILL NO RESOLUTION) I use to make pizzas, these were terrible, I made an order online and the pizzas were made with dough that must have sat out all day. they were flat and had 1 or 2 huge air bubble. for the unaware people that means the yeast had pretty much finished reacting and the dough was as good as trash. it was incredibly hot too. so that's gross and probably a health concern. I was overly understanding. and simply called and asked if they would make it right. I was told ( by some rude dude) ( who musta been the manager, go figure..) that I made the order online and that has nothing to do with them. the guy even remembered making my pizzas, so he knew they were trash and instead of making it right like they are hired to do, he said he couldnt help me. so I filed a complaint online, and guess what? they ignore me too. it's crazy I use to talk so highly of domino's. no place is perfect but atleast when they messed up they were kind and fixed it. but now I guess that's in the past so I definitely recommend little ceasers because they are atleast the same price, ya they aren't perfect but atleast they don't sell trash made pizzas and...
