Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Can't actually rate the food since I never got it. Ordered a pizza online for carryout to pickup on the way home from work. 70 minutes, yes 1hour and 10minutes after placing order pizza still hadn't even been put in oven, which was well past the "ready for pickup" time the online tracker told me to expect. When I got to store I was barely acknowledged, then treated like an inconvenience when I tried to ask about my order. The only "answer" if you can call it that was a "it probably ain't come through yet" as she motioned towards the big monitor / order tracker hanging from their ceiling, even though I could clearly see my name displayed on it. No one there seemed to have a clue what was going on, absolute clown car. Told them don't bother making the pizza, just cancel my order. Didn't get a "sorry for the inconvenience" or even a shrug. Drove across the street to Kroger, bought a Home Run and just cooked my own pizza. At least the self-checkout machines there don't treat you like a piece of garbage when you try to give it your money. Even though I told them to cancel my order, to not make the pizza, 92 minutes after placing my order I got a notification it was ready for pickup - clown car. Such a horrible first impression there's zero-point-zero percent chance this place gets...

I have been coming to this location since they first opened a couple of years ago. And they always have fresh made, great pizza. I normally go with the pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, garlic parmesean bites, loaded tots, cinnamon twists, marbled cookie, wings, or one of their oven baked sandwhiches. They always give you plenty of extra toppings when you ask for it or if you want something removed they are good about following your order. Anytime if there was ever a mix up(which is very rare) they always made it right on the house. The staff there has always been kind and courteous and friendly. They are also usually pretty quick making the pizza and the same with their deliveries. They have a pick up window that makes it easy to stay in your car and pick up your pizza or you can always just go inside as well. There is plenty of parking at the place. And the inside is clean. Bring back Marcos or go across the street to little ceasers. Ordered 2x stuff crust pizza's I feel like they should have been cooked 1-2 minutes longer. The bread was not fully cooked through. Chicken wings were all mango no habanero and not crispy at all. The parmesan bites were crazy over seasoned. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. We then went inside and still waited for five minutes with two people in the store working. The other person in the drive-through ahead of us was given two other orders by one of the workers and asked the guy in the drive-through if one of the orders was his. And if his name was the name on the receipt to verify the order. This store has absolutely zero organization. There were also two other people that came in the store because the length of time at the pick up window who got their food before and after me almost immediately.
