01/01/24- I'm Mexican. I'm sharing these tips to help other's know what watch out for. This place doesn't have menu prices.

2nd disclaimer, the burrito pictures is not from El Rey Del Taco.

This is because you'll be charged based on your outfit. If you're well put together you'll pay more for the same meal you can buy down the street. If you don't believe me read the other comments from those who paid over $50 at this hole in the wall.

Our favorite burrito place moved so we stopped here because it's off the 65 and on our way from the airport.

We walked in and we caught on they thought we had money. The waitress ignored me when I asked for the price of a burrito.

She ignored me when I said I didn't want to buy a bottled water that cost them .25 at Costco. My wife likes to drink Orchata (cinnamon rice drink).

While I was asking questions (stalling) my wife read the reviews and said to get out. We blew out like a storm.

We went down the street to a place we know and paid $12.99 for the burrito shown. Turn left on 38th and right at the North Plaza. You'll see it.

Espero le pongan precios al menu. No vuelvo a venir porque esto no es buen negocio. Gente...

Really enjoyed our visit, never been here before! My tacos were delicious, authentic, and filling. My hunnys burrito was too big for him to finish, so obviously it's big and he said it was really good. They have this drink juice bar thing with like 5 flavors. He mentioned he makes his own mix of all 5, so I had him make me one "heavy on the pineapple" and it was pretty good! I'd get it again! A little more pricey than I expected, the drinks are pricey for just drinks. But if you avoid the specialty drinks (we didnt) it can be reasonable. Basically this isn't the least expensive taco joint but it's also worth the few extra bucks because it's good! Staff was so friendly! There's more seating than you'd think! Food delivered faster than expected and was FRESH. Overall really happy with our experience, and...

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! I am sitting inside this place right now, been here for over an hour and didn't receive my order complete, and my wife's order never arrived, she only had a cheese quesadilla, they only have 1 yes 1 waiter for all the tables and if you happen to ask anything about the food as toppings or size of the dishes, he will only say, "I don't know" went to the cashier to ask about our food and I was ignored by the lady who was more interested in answering the phone with pick orders than the actual customers inside the restaurant, I actually saw a couple of people leave having only received their drink, and on top of that they do not care to come and check on the table after taking your order, this place has zero customer care, do not come and waste your time, worst...

It's the most expensive Mexican food I've ever had, $54. The food was typical; however, the prices were misleading on Google and their website. We paid $14 for 4 tacos, $16 for a burrito, $6 for rice and beans, and $17 for soup; the total was $54. The menus were just pictures, and prices weren't listed anywhere. There's a picture of Sopas for $3.00 covered up. It felt like I got scammed out of my money for average Mexican food I could've gotten at another restaurant. It would've been 4 stars had the prices not been outrageous and I not felt tricked and lied to.

The food is fine, but if you pay with a card be careful because they’ll take extra money out as if you gave them a tip. I went on Super Bowl Sunday and two days later they stole an unauthorized extra $5 from my account. In response to the owner, I’m not the only one who this has happened to and you do control it. Just admit that they take extra money as a tip. My boyfriend had gone two separate times, paid with cash and they didn’t give him his change back… as if it was a tip. Talk to your employees and tell them to stop stealing from the customers.
