Greek's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We had a terrible experience with the customer service at Greeks on 71st. We have been regular customers at this location for at least 4 years. We have had amazing service up until now.. We called and asked about the special they were offering. We were told we had to order online. We had went over the steps to make sure we were doing it correctly. We still were having issues, so they apologized and said they couldn't give us the special, even though the website was not operating correctly. So we finally got it done. We called and asked if our pizza was on the way. They said they were not doing any deliveries today, but our pizza was there and ready. They had also said it was ordered as carry-out. Which I double checked to make sure we ordered everything correctly since the website was freezing. So I asked well how long had my pizza been sitting there. He replied "It's been ready for 30 minutes. " I said ok, why hadn't someone called to remind or figure out why hadn't picked up? He said wellMy order has been there for a half hour and you don't question?" He said they don't. I very kindly asked can you remake them given that they have been there sitting for a half-hour. He said they are fine they are sitting on top of the oven. No we can not make them again. So.i asked for a refund and he said they do not refund online orders.

In result of this experience we will no longer be a customer and we will be sure to let others know of this ridiculous...

Was going to order here for the first time and called about them delivering beer and wine and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then the guy got on the phone and said they aren’t delivering wine and beer right now because they had to renew their liquor license and couldn’t deliver alcohol without the hard copy (LIE). So i got off the phone and talked to my family to decide what we wanted to order for delivery. I called back and told THE SAME GUY that i wanted to order delivery. (I had also mentioned delivery in the earlier phone call). He informed me that they didn’t have a driver and couldn’t deliver? His next words were: “you’ll have to order from grub hub or just come pick it up”. Left a bad taste in my mouth and i don’t think I’ll ever order from here. Pretty close to the original location that I am use to in the Village of Muncie. This location didn't seem to have that garlic butter I am use to on everything (crust and breadsticks), so that was disappointing, but other than that is was similar to the original location. If I need a Greek's fix then I might get this again, but next time I would probably order garlic butter and drench the breadsticks with that. Not sure why this location doesn't have the garlic buttery crust and breadsticks that I always think of when I think of Greeks. Maybe the Muncie one just goes overboard and none of the other locations really do that? Not sure, but overall it was close enough to get my fix and not have to drive an...
