I know that good help is hard to find, but don't hire just anyone! The young man working the drive through today (1-28-24 at 525pm) was very rude, short, and problematic! He was so rude I canceled my order and when I asked for corporates number he closed the drive through window. He helped the car behind me and ignored me when I yelled "excuse me" twice and blew my horn. When he came back to the window he asked me was I ready to order and I said no then he proceeded to ask me to get out of his drive through because it was affecting his time. I asked the young man if there was a manager there and he said he was the manager. I then asked again for corporates number and he told me the number is in the lobby. I explained to him that he should be able to give me the number and he said he didn't know it, but it's in the lobby and could I get out of his drive through please. I told him there was no one behind me and what's the problem with him giving me the number? He closed the drive through window and walked away. I work in customer service everyday I work and this was just ridiculous!! Mind you there were no cars in front of me and one behind me! No one in the inside! Not...

I asked to redeem the coupon from the app. The worker who says that he is the manager says that they no longer have the biscuits but now offer the blueberry biscuits. So I request to have that one instead. I was told that I could not have the blueberry biscuit. I pointed out to the manager that the restuarant had the lemonade biscuits still posted on your building sign, advertising it although they don't have them. Why won't you honor the special and give me the blueberry one instead? He told me to call the corporate office and ask them🙄 and told me that it's hardness fault why they no longer have the strawberry lemonade biscuits. I respect their decision to operate in whatever manner suits them but I do wish they would post the information in a conspicuous manner on sight and on their websites. A simple sign stating, "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE - OUR DINING ROOM RRMAINS CLOSED. PLEASE USE OUR DRIVE-THRU OR ORDER VIA THE APP FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP, PLEASE! Don't make me get out and walk up to the door to either read a tiny handwritten sign or worse, dislocate my shoulder when I attempt to swing open a door that is locked.
