Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Good pizza but TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered pizza through GrubHub and after it was 15 minutes late I contacted the driver, they never responded so I called Jets and they said the pizza had been sitting there 20 minutes! I asked them to remake it and my husband would go get it. The manager decided not to make the new order because “he didn’t know what was going on”. Either way, how could a manager be ok with delivering a hot food product that had been sitting there, by that time, a half an hour? Didn’t even try to compensate for the mix up. Not cool. Decent pizza, but they lost our business.

Update: We weren’t charged for the remade pizza, but not sure if it was an error on the employees part because we were just handed the pizza and the manager walked off. Nothing was said.

Still...

Arrived to pick up pizza that was expected to be done at 7 and advised it would be about 5 more minutes. At 7:25 I asked for my order again, because it was well past the time I was told, and was handed a stack of pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer since I arrived.

Got home to find my “boat” was made incorrectly. Easy to mix up sausage with onions. Drove back to ask for a corrected “boat” and a refund for their mistake and inconvenience. The “manager” decided that I could have a refund or get a new calzone, but not both. Not sure how both is not in play due to their ineptitude. I only parked in front of Jet's Pizza & went into another store nearby because the parking lot there in that shopping plaza on that day was filled to almost capacity! Nonetheless, I love Jet's Pizza because it's better than Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Papa Murphy's pizzas & it costs less too! As great as the pizza is at this wonderful place, I don't understand why there's not more in Indy & why more people don't eat it! It's great pizza with a delicious crispy yet chewy crust, perfect sauce which is not too sweet or too salty & they're not too skimpy on the toppings! Perfect pizza unless you make you're own at home with a brick oven, a pizza shovel & a Hobart/Kitchen-aid...
