So on Sunday I went to Jimmy John's, this particular location mind you my experience on 82nd was great, back to my story they informed me they didn't have any prepared wheat sub bread which was fine because I eat the French, but the part I never saw was the French bread was sitting in the open on a rack with lettuce on it, I didn't know how long it had been sitting there so I asked the young man if the lettuce sitting there for God know how long would make the inside soggy he said no, I had so many questions you would think they'd give me fresh bread, it was3 guys working and I was dying for their tuna so because one rang me out and I used my card before he started making my sandwich I paid for the meal, he had to hand me my BBQ chips because they hadn't properly stocked and while I waited for the next guy to fill the ice because I had to ask for ice too I noticed them opening pre-made sandwiches I was trying to see if they trashed or kept them, needless to say this Jimmy John's experience was stressful, I left with a lot of unanswered questions so when I made it home I had to trash it I wasn't comfortable eating it, I need to protect my peace so I won't be going back to this location soon...
Read moreExtremely rude staff, including the manager. Every time I order from here someone has an attitude on the phone. Today when I ordered I was hung up on 2 times, then someone picked up the phone and just let me sit there (without being on hold cause I heard people talking in the background) for 3 minutes, then I called 2 more times and nobody picked up. I finally called again and got someone. I ordered my food like normal, gave him my card number and hung up. A few minutes later he called me back and said they don't deliver to me. They've delivered countless times (around 15-20 times) to my address before; both under my name and my best friends name. I am within their "radius" for delivery, too. The Castleton location doesn't deliver here anymore (which is where I used to get it from years ago), but their manager told me the 71st & Binford location did. The man at his location told me I could speak with the manager and I said okay, then I heard the manager tell him he wasn't gonna talk to me. Seriously? What kind of manager does that? Every JJ's location I go to is super nice, helpful and pleasant to be in........
Read moreWe were excited when this opened several years ago in our neighborhood. We would order dinner on a busy night and it would be delivered quickly. Then, as time went on, delivery would take a very long time. And then, delivery stopped all together so we started ordering to go. Fast forward to now. Ordered to go. We can’t go in to retrieve our food we already paid for because there’s a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. Drive thru only. So now we wait in the drive thru, only to find our food hasn’t been made yet because there’s only 1 employee working. Bottom line, we are done here.
