Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Ok to start out I went with my dad to get some fish and McRib at McDonald's. I know your wondering why I'm at Long John Silvers. Well they were out so we decided to go there instead. We get there and head in and order about 80 dollars of food. Seems like the amount we always spend. We ask for Mac and Cheese which doesn't show on the menu. They said it was not made. I settled on corn . Pay and start to wait. As I'm waiting I guess I seen something I wasn't supposed to see. It started as one employee pushing through an door and then started an yelling and cussing scene. Mad props to the supervisor for trying to get control but the one employee was not calming down and stopping as the manager says "not in front of the customer " . This is as she gets in between them.she finally gets them to stop . This causes my father to get an headache and sits down in chair. We get our food and drive home. I get home and count my food due to having issues with all delivery all the time. The pics are what I find. I'm missing 1 chicken, 2 fish, and had only 7 of 16 hushpuppies. I now drive back up to the store after calling the business and telling them I'm missing food. It seems like this happens alot. I get there and my food is sitting on top of the counter(top part). It seemed like wasting my time was the way they want to treat their customers. I'm hungry and eat a hushpuppy as I'm driving home and it was cold. So don't seem like I will be eating there for a...

The “manager” was the rudest, dirtiest, most unprofessional manager I’ve come in contact with. She made me feel uncomfortable and angry. I first went to the drive through with no cars in front of me, and she came over the speaker and said “Just to let you know, there’s a 25-30 minute wait for all orders” I said “ there’s no cars in line”. She said “so do you wanna wait or what”😡 I said I’ll just come in. There was one guy in line and another couple, so I started waiting. The couple in front of me freaked out and left cussing without food. They finally gave the other guy his order and just walked away when it was my turn to order. After about 3 or 4 minutes of them standing around complaining about customers, she came back and took my order. I asked her why the manager wasn’t there helping and she yelled “ I am the manager!”I should’ve left but I ordered and had to listen to the manager and her husband who is a cook apparently and another employee cuss and complaining the whole time about Theo jobs and their kids! After I left I went to my car and checked my order and stuff was missing. I was so pissed I didn’t even go back in. I will NEVER go here again and will tell anyone to avoid...

Went for the all you can eat, which was an complete joke. False advertising. Because you can only pick from 3 pieces of over cooked dry but, greasy Chicken "OR" 3 pieces of heart attack waiting to happen fish, once you make your choice you have to stick with it so, choose wisely and two bland and tasteless sides, in which whatever side you pick, is the side you have to stick with. Also, it does not include a beverage. So, the all you can eat does not include shrimp 🍤, Baja Taco's 🌮, crab 🦀 cakes, or anything else you desire on the menu, it does not include desserts nor a beverage. 2 thumbs down, However, It does include a Heart attack waiting to happen with all the grease that comes out just for touching it. Will not be returning. I could've went to my China buffet for all that. Chicken or fish, only LMBAO. And whatever you start with, you have to stick with, ummmmm, that's not considered all you can eat. I DNR Myself (Do Not Return). Ohh, the employees were friendly and nice so, 1 Star for that and one Star for having the water button connected to my favorite lemonade. LoL. So ask for water, other then that a small beverage is $1.99. which is smaller than a kids size cup. Have fun...
