Margaritas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Worst service ever! We came to celebrate a birthday and it took them forever to take out order our soft drinks were not correct they only brought us water when we had ordered some sodas we Ordered a Margarita with no salt and that came with salt. We also requested more songs are at the table and they never brought it. the birthday girl's meal was not even brought out with the rest of the food we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her food by that time we just put it in a to go Box and brought it home. When we went to pay the lady at the cash Box would not cash us out. She went to get our server who when he arrived did not know how to cash us out. We requested two to go bags and he could only hand us one. We had decided never to go back to this restaurant because of the lack of service ...we gave it one last try and it definitely will be the last try! I would not recommend this place unless you have a lot of time and a lot of patience. You will sit there forever and who knows If or when your food arrives if it...

I'm giving 2 stars because the food was good, but that was the only good thing about our experience tonight. At most Mexican restaurants, your food is prepared crazy fast. They were very busy tonight, so our group of 6 was fully prepared to wait a little longer for our food. After waiting 20 minutes, our server finally greeted us and took our drink orders. We gave our food order at that time too. 30 minutes after ordering, we tracked down our inattentive server to ask how much longer for our food. She went to check and told us our order had been put in. What? After waiting another 30 minutes, our food finally arrived. Now if we could just get drink refills. Our server did not act the least bit concerned nor was she apologetic. When we asked to speak to a manager, the acting manager came over and we explained our poor service. He never apologized, he walked away for awhile and returned with a $5 discount taken off of our $100 bill. Are you kidding me?! First and last time I step foot in there. There are sooo many...

I’ve from Chicago and was in Indianapolis visiting a friend and we love Mexican food and bomb drinks so we decided to give this place a try and I’m glad we did. The margaritas were amazing and the grilled chicken tacos were delicious! The first time I ordered the seafood fajita platter and was disappointed with the excess amount of imitation crab meat. I think they should have noted on the menu that it wasn’t real crab meat because I would have ordered a different meal. I also found the fajita platter to not be as good so I’ll just stick to the tacos and drinks. They are a bit pricy for a Mexican restaurant since I paid $37 for 3 chicken tacos, 3 steak tacos, and 3 beef tacos with no sides. However, one of the employees explained it’s a result of inflation which I definitely understand. I will definitely be coming back to support this...
