As a former manager at this location I can affirm the opinion that the employees are very help, upbeat, and polite, regardless of experience. Noodles & Co acquires its produce through Piazza (local vendor with fresh veggies, thumbs up!) and the rest of their orders run through Reinhart, which is a timely delivery system. Their food, if a bit unhealthy for the sodium conscience (It's pasta, after all - do ask for their nutritional guides when ordering if that is a concern for you). For the amount of food it's a fair deal, if you follow my suggestion underneath.
The portions come in two sizes, small and regular. The small weighs in at nearly 3/4ths lb - 1lb with the purchase of a protein (meat, for anyone without savvy for words), whereas the regular is DOUBLE the amount. With a $1.00 price difference this ingenious ploy makes the small absolutely obsolete, and I suggest that patrons get a regular size, rather than a small, even for your children - these meals can always be taken home and re-heated, without much loss in taste if eaten the day of or evening after.
While the staff in-store are phenomenal the upper-management leaves something to be desired, but they do in their defense grow the brand name extraordinarily well in the local market, though this is mostly in part to the individual stores' managers.
This location is also a prime catering opportunity, feeding your average office worker for about $5 a pop with their $20 ($26 with protein) square bowl, or catering, platters. Non-profit organizations also benefit from their lucrative benefit program, which donates 50% of event proceeds going to their...
Read moreUpon walking into Noodles and Co. I realized that everybody inside was disappointed: This includes not only the patrons, but the staff as well. There was a discernable sort of depressing atmosphere abound. Yet, against my better judgment, I placed my order. Upon waiting for my food i noticed a somewhat disheveled man in a leather jacket ( sitting in the corner of the restaurant ) mouthing to me "Dont do it, it's not too late, it's never too late". Perhaps he was a Three Days Grace fan. I was snapped out of this miasma by the server with my dish. My dish was served in what they call a bowl, yet it was really a plate with transitioned edges. On this plate was an arrangement of noodles, sauce, and protein that comprised a dish unlike the one that I ordered. My friend was experiencing the same phenomenon. It was then that i made a startling realization: Everybody occupying the restaurant had received wrong orders, and were being held hostage. It was as if I had entered into some sort of penne purgatory. And I'm still here,...
Read moreVery unhappy! The only thing worse than poor service is NO SERVICE! I called to place a carry out order and waited for 5 minutes, but no one answered. So, I decided to go in, order and wait. Went to the side door, Locked with someone just on the other side of the door looking at me. So, I went to the front door, also locked. Walked to my car and saw THREE employees, just looking at me. I asked a customer that just came out, if they were closed. The customer said they were because the grill hood was broken (or something). Ok, if they need to close early for unforeseen circumstances, AT LEAST OPEN THE DOOR WHEN YOU SEE A CUSTOMER, AND LET THEM KNOW THE SITUATION. * DON'T JUST LOOK AT THEM THROUGH THE GLASS!!* Then put a note on your doors for potential customers until the problem is resolved. The employees were rude and need training in...
