I came here about 30 minutes ago. The line was long but I decided to wait anyway. I knew they were busy. They have a two line ordering system at the drive thru. I pulled up to order and waited until 3 cars in the other lane moved forward and finally said hello to prompt some sort of interaction. I ordered my food and got up to the window and paid. I continued to try and be friendly and understanding because they are busy and late night frenzy fast food chains often get a bustle of various interactions and people. The guy was short a penny on my change and he asked me if that was ok and it absolutely was. I moved forward to the next window to get my food. I got my order except for the one hash brown I ordered. The woman at the window was dismissive and told me to move up and pull up to the side of the railing so they could make it. Ok. Still trying to be understanding of the poor service, I pulled up and waited another 7 minutes for my food. The guy finally came out, handed me my hash brown and mumbled something underneath his breath. I told him I couldn’t hear him and he said,” the people behind you couldn’t pull off because you were in the way, but it’s fine.” Then, without waiting for a response, went back inside, shut the door on me and locked the door. It was a rude, dismissive and even a blaming kind of experience, meanwhile I tried to keep my composure the whole time about how bad the customer service was. It felt accusatory.. The interesting part was that while I was waiting, having been dismissed the first time to move ahead and wait, three cars including an SUV had pulled off from behind me, just fine. I’m never coming to this McDonalds again and they can keep my penny they owed me in change back, as a tip to clarify their actual poor service. Don’t go to this McDonalds. I’m not really sure why they felt entitled to be that unpleasant but we all go through tough stuff at work and don’t have the right to treat people badly because of it. They felt entitled to, even though there was a lacking in accountability on all fronts for their actual service. Customers aren’t your scapegoat for bad quality service. ...
Read moreI stopped in today, around 3:45, they were busy, I waited about 25 mins later after ordering I pay at window #1, then head to the next window for my food, the girl was in such a hurry, she opened the window and dropped my food on the floor. No big deal, I know you're busy, so I asked her "can I get another one?" She LITERALLY REPLIES " YOU'RE NOT GONNA EAT OFF THE FLOOR ARE YOU??" -_- WOW, IM IN SHOCK! I said 1st of all you're in such a hurry you drop my food, now I'm nice and ASKED, WHICH IT'S OBVIOUS I should've gotten another one. BUT her attitude was unacceptable! Then she ROLLS HER EYES! Closes the door and tells me she'll get my food, comes back a few minutes later, asks me to pull up and wait, I told her after waiting over 30 minutes and she dropping my food, then telling me "YOU'RE NOT GONNA EAT OFF THE FLOOR ARE YOU" I told her I wasn't going to pull up and just get me her manager so that they could take over. Manager comes and tells me to pull up, I told her about the girls attitude and the manager DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING! a few minutes later I get my food, no napkins, no ketchup, so I waited for them to open the window since they were ignoring me, she finally open the window and ask me "WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT??" very unprofessional! I tell her ketchup, & napkins please, she proceeds to roll her eyes!!! At every moment I proceeded to say thank you and please, I was very shocked at their manners and unprofessional behavior!! The 1st thing that came out of the girls mouth after I politely asked if I was going to get another one please. She said "YOU'RE NOT GONNA EAT OFF THE FOOD ARE YOU" WITH ROLLING EYES !!! Btw I...
Read moreWhile I was eating breakfast and to my disbelief a McDonald's semi truck totally blocked my exit for.approximately an hour. I asked the manager if the truck. Would be.moved and he immediately began verbally attacking me stating I could just back out. I further explained to him that a huge hose blocks my vehicle on one side and a curb blocks the other side and the truck is directly.behind my.vehicle. the manager ordered me to back over the hose. I went to do as he ordered and when I went outside I explained to the truck driver that I was ordered to.back over the hose and I also.explained that they will be responsible.for.any damages.
The truck driver then told.me that they are not responsible for.damages.because I am on private property. I asked the truck driver and manager to move the truck. The manager actually accused me of starting an argument with the driver and I should not have done.that.because he is just.doing his job. So finally after several minutes the driver backed up the semi a few feet to let.me out but not until.he was finished with HIS job.
WHAT COUKD THE MANAGER DONE TO PREVENT THIS ISSUE.
SIMPLY ASKED THE PATRONS TO.MOVE.THEIR.VEHICLE PRIOR TO UNLOADING THE TRUCK AND NOT BLOCK THE VEHICLE SO IT CANNOT.BE MOVED UNTIL THE DRIVER DECIDES TO UNBLOCK THE PARKING SPACE.
PS: THE MANAGER NEVET APPOLIGIZED AND IN FACT.DID THE OPPOSITE AND PUT ALL THE BLAME ON.ME - VERY WIERD!
Probably needless to say - I will not be visiting this store again. Images...
