Completely done going here! I have driven out of my way 3 times this week to avoid this location to US31 where I've spent a total of $77. This was my location to hit as I live directly behind Lowes. Adter dealing with 'Mattie' and a male manager this last week, then calling the number they gave me to the "office" to not be answered several times this week, it's apparent this place doesn't value its customers. Almost every time you go through this place the order is messed up, then they act like it's an inconvenience that they screwed your order up (even when you are polite and professional. Then when they have screwed your order up for the 5th time, in 3 weeks (normal for us is 3 to 4 times a week eating there) I call and the woman who speaks broken English I asked her to repeat her name several times, because it's so broken, I thought she said 'Marty'. She said to just come in another night and they will replace my sandwich, (Not the meal). I end up in and out of the hospital for almost 2 weeks, finally I go back up there and the 3 managers up there are all demanding I give them a receipt specifically a older Hispanic woman who cops an attitude in her broken English and storms off giving me dirty looks. Then sends a middle aged white guy to tell me there's nothing they can do without a receipt. I ask for the number to the corporate office and he said I'll give you the number to "the office". I left and drove to US31 and spent $26 that night. Keep your sandwich. You will not get another dime of my money. Your management is piss poor at best. Your employees can't take an order correctly if their lives depended on it. Honestly I haven't been in since before the remodel, but every time I did the place was hit or miss whether it was going to be dirty in the lobby in the evening. Read moreThe people that work there very rude and give moldy, hard, raw, cold food. It says it open 24 hr. I walked 7 blocks to get a cup of coffee. Only thing open o thought while I wait for bus . It took 10min standing there to be noticed even when a manager did see me but drive thru more important. I had too wait a hour outside on curb till 619 till someone got there to unlock door as it was because only drive thru open. They acted like I was a criminal and scared when they walked up. I'm 65 yr. Old mother grandmother greatgrandmother and don't do drugs drink or steal . Or hurt people. So This Manger ignoring me as I stood there 10min finally came over. After I got coffee afyer another 15 min.she says anything else like that not enough to get senior coffee. With bad attitude. I get in go seat down put my ear plugs on because I'm respectful of others around and this employee comes back opens bathrooms started spraying chemicals playing his music on phone loudly no earplugs. And as well manger that just got to work late sits down eating turns here phone on as well in Spanish loudly. Right in front of me and I say really. I couldn't hear my stuff even turned up with ear phones they talk in Spanish which I know saying I'm a bum that begs and will be there all day. First of all not a. Bum and I worked in America longer than the years you were alive and probably as well lived in America. I was taxed for my retirement and I deserve it and the hell I've gone thru should have the right to relax take it easy and enjoy a cup if coffee before catching a bus. Or dying Screw you all your terrible ungrateful human beings and your food and coffee sucks too! I don't borrow, steal, be lazy, nor do I ever disrespect and judge and stearotype people way you all do. Terrible. Close the border!!! Read moreIt's really hit it miss miss with this one and that's not how a restraunt should be. Sometimes foods edible and hot. Sometimes it's obviously old and disgusting as well as alot of times items are missing. When there are so many other places to choose from why take a chance with your hard earned money?? The main thing that annoys me is I have a family of 5. So I may order everyone nuggets if that's what we're in mood for. That's 50+ nuggets usually we end up ordering. We also happen to love condiments ketchup/barbeque. God forbid you ask for a number over 10. They will give you 2 barbecues and about 8 maybe 10 ketchup packets IF you're lucky. Come on! I just wanted 4 barbeques and 15 itty bitty ketchup packets. If I just spent 30 dollars on meals Is 3-5 sauces per meal to much to ask?? I would have even paid for them (even though they probably cost less then a penny when bought in bulk and do hate stingy restraunts that charge 25 cents a piece) but when I asked If ifcould just buy more was ignored all THREE times! If someone spends their money and wants to actually enjoy the food the way they like it why not just ask how many or actually listen if they tell you how much? I worked fast food as well pretty sure most have. Never once did my manager tell me to skimp on sauces. Only not to give them out untill you ask what kind so they are not wasted in every bag. If thats how it is here I hope you know you're losing customers not just because you're a hit or miss when it comes to fresh food but also because that's just plain greedy/rude to the people who are paying to buy food here! Your numbers will continue to decline if it doesn't change. Funny to see an employee here gave 5 stars and showed their fresh food. If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it others! Serve what you would want to eat!...
