I went through the drive through today and had the worse experience from the manager today. I was given my iced mocha and asked to pull forward because they did not have my 2 cheeseburger value meal. I did not ask for anything special about my meal. I pulled forward and ended up talking on the phone to kill time. I was 10 minutes in my wait and a young man asked me what I was waiting for and said he would get it for me. He never came back out. 30 minutes into the wait I told my sister who was on the phone that I would go inside because I thought they had forgotten about me. I grabbed my service dog since I am a disabled veteran and walked inside with my receipt so I could let them know I haven't received my meal yet. The gentlemen who was grabbing food for the drive thru and the front was nice and so was the gentleman at the front; however, when they presented the receipt to the manager, she was the rudest I have ever been treated in my life. She took the receipt hastily from the young man and took it to the drive thru. She didn't come back for 10 minutes. She said "Ma'am, did you look at the time on this receipt, I didn't pull no one forward, come on, are you serious." I told her, Ma'am I know the time on the receipt because I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and I have my drink do you want me to go get it to show you that I have it?" The gentleman standing next to me said he even noticed me sitting there when he came into the store. (He also handed his food back because it was wrong.) I went outside and grabbed my mocha so I could show her how I had drank almost half of it waiting on my food and the whipped creme was melted already. She practically threw the bag down and didn't even look at me. The lady next to me said, "Is she calling you a liar." I said I wouldn't lie to you ma'am Jesus CHrist. By this time the entire store was looking at us and my anxiety was through the roof since I suffer from PTSD and my dogs eyes were darting around. I left quickly with the food, but was unable to eat it because i broke down in the car and had to take a minute before I was able to leave. I fed the french fries that were old and cold to my dog so he could have a snack and cam down, but the cheeseburgers were old and I didn't know if someone may have spit on them becuase I was nervous at this point. I've never been treated this bad before in my life. My first job was at mcdonalds when I was 14 and have always loved this brand and my step mother was a general manager for 25 years. I will never go to this sstore again. I did not serve my country for 20 years to be treated like scum of the earth who would go inside a store and steal food. I paid $9 and some change to have a nice lunch in my car with my service dog because going into many places make me very uncomfortable, yet I was treated like scum. I will tell my entire family not to visit this store, I will tell everyone I ever come across not to visit this store as long as this manager is there. The employees even looked uncomfortable and that is saying so much about...

Worst service of any establishment I have ever had, and I've had some pretty bad experiences.
For starters, this place will make you wait, and wait, and wait.....and.....WAIT! NEVER have I been here and gotten quick service, except within the first few months after they opened. They're slow to even acknowledge you, even when there is no-one in line, and they're slow get your food to you, when th lobby is practically empty.
I stood in this lobby for over 40 minutes one day, from the time I placed my order, to the time I got my food, and had to get back to work late from my lunch hour. The worst part is that I stood there watching my food sit in the food staging area, and even asked about my order, and they said it wasn't ready yet. Someone FINALLY did come and pick up that very food I had been looking at, put it on my tray, as I had planned to eat in, and called my number. I had to just pick it up off the tray, and run out the door. They aren't even apologetic about how crappy their service is, either. It's like they're all slaves or prisoners, and don't care if they treat you right.
After the above horrible experience, I contacted McDonald's corporate, and I filed a complaint, as this had been too many times of this kind of service at this location. Yeah, yeah "why do you keep going back?" I'm not...ever again! Anyway, I received an email back from corporate, asking me to provide more information, so I did. I then received an email, which stated that a manager would be in contact with me. No-one ever called me. I went back to provide an update, and say that it had been days and no-one had contacted me, and still no response from anyone.
Aside from terrible service, the employees are rude, as they will give attitude while taking your order, make faces at customers, act extremely apathetic toward any issues, flat out ignore you, shout at you when you raise a concern, and to top it off, pretty much every single person working there is one of the most ghetto people you will have ever encountered. You couldn't go to Detroit and find more ghetto people, if you were giving away free drugs and guns.
This franchise doesn't care, and honestly, neither does corporate. If corporate cared, this place wouldn't be this way; they would have LONG been warned to get their act together, or they would have had their franchise pulled by now. This has been going on FOR YEARS, and I remember when the place opened in the early 2000's. This used to be a really nice location when it first opened, but it went down hill REALLY fast, and has never found the steam to make it...
Read moreThis McDonald's is located at 1611 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202. I stopped here for lunch while I was in Indianapolis and the atmosphere was very busy. When I arrived, there was a delivery person who seemed to be in a hurry to leave and screamed at me. After passing this person they roared towards the exit and onto the street. I continued to the drive thru were I made my first attempt to place my order. A young miss greeted me verbally and then I place my order. She did not know how to process the buy one get one quarter pounder with cheese receipt coupon and had to involve management. I also asked for a large french fry. After sometime I finally reached the payment window where a young man asked me to pay for the wrong order. I reordered and added and or substituted the fry for a milkshake.
Anyway, after receiving my partial order I decided to go inside to order a large french fry to go with the meal that I asked for originally. Inside there were people who seemed to be loitering or waiting for there order. There were self-ordering lanes but they were down and or out of order. No one greeted me or attended the front registers and all the employees were in the kitchen. I finally understood that no one was going to take my order. I left and decided to try the drive thru again. There I made my order for a large fry. I made my payment again at the first window. At the second window I received my bagged french fry and then I left. I was finally disappointed again with this large fry. It appeared to be a small fry within a large french fry container. As if someone did not have time for a lunch break and decided to stuff a handful of my fries down...
