Wasn't happy with the service I received today....so not good won't be spending money there no time soon should have asked for a refund. Burnt fries and bad attitude was what I received today not Happy.. I went to the bathroom after ordering my food came out and waited for my food ...saw a order ready but wasn't sure if it was mines or someone else's so I waited....then saw 2 ppl get they food and they came in after I came back from bathroom. So I inquired about my sandwich and this worker with pink hair and a VERY BAD ATTITUDE SAID YOUR FOOD BEEN READY DIDN'T SEE YOU SO I THOUGHT YOU LEFT ...SO I SAID YOU TALKING ABOUT THE BAG RIGHT HERE THAT IVE SEEN 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES LOOK AT IS MINES...WASNT HAPPY ABOUT IT...MY SANDWICH WAS COLD AND THE FRIES WAS BURNT AND COLD ALSO ...NEXT TIME IM DEMAND MY REFUND because sorry customer service is not...

I went to this location tonight for the first time. I normally go to the one on 135 cause I've always had good service there, but unfortunately their power was out. Sonic drive the extra distance, place a $40 order with a rude cashier, then I watch to make sure the order is made right. I knew it wasn't. I knew the girl had forgotten the cookies, and I also seen her not even glance at the ticket to make my sandwich how I asked for it. So I reminded her about the cookies when she called my name, then asked if my sandwich was right. She said no and began to speak, but by then I was annoyed and just left. I am a server. The order was rang in correctly by the rude cashier, but she didn't even read the ticket. Incompetent and I'll never go back. P.s. I'm a server and rarely complain about service, but this...

I eat here all the time but just recently they have changed things inside. I went to get a soft drink as usual and was told from behind the register that they have to get the drink. I wasn’t told that at the register when I ordered. So a kitchen guy comes from behind the back, unwashed hands from dealing with kitchen ingredients, no gloves. Pours my drink and puts a lid on it with hands it to me with a straw. You want to tell me how that’s any better than me personally pouring my own drink? Why wouldn’t they give you the cup, straw, and lid at the counter so the only thing you touch is the cup. Everyone wants to implement these safe practices, but sometimes they aren’t thought out, and this is one of those times. I’ll be going to the one on 135 now, last time I went (last week) I was able to pour...
