Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We visited purely due to lack of parking downtown and driving 9 hours prior so we were hungry. Both of us ordered the Mac and cheese. The cheese was not fully melted. I had pieces of what looked/tasted like bacon in mine. Not a huge concern for me, but could be for those with dietary restrictions. Every table was covered in either crumbs, sticky substances, or plates not thrown away. The floor was dirty, counter, drink station, etc. If we weren't so hungry I'd have insisted we find somewhere else. When placing the order my husband ordered first with a large drink, got handed a medium cup, had to correct him. I ordered second with a large drink, also was handed a medium cup, and had to correct him. Get what you pay for. They use the same noodles and tortellini as Fazoli's but they cook them a little better. Honestly the Japan Udon Pan Noodles were horrible. They didn't wok the noodles long enough to give them they're color and flavor. The Garlic Tortellini with Parm Chicken is probably the best thing on their menu. But the garlic sauce they use is really watery. I think it's because the spinach they use isn't drained after they cook it up so you get all this spinach juice in your garlic cream sauce. Their Parm Crusted Chicken is hit or miss most of the time the Chicken is juicy tender and has a nice Parm crust. Nut sometimes you'll get chunky tendon filled Chicken that's not able to be chewed.

We ordered food last night because my hubby insisted that they had the best food. Not only was the food dry, burnt, sticky, the food at best hardly any flavor, they missed 1/3 of the order leaving my 2 youngest sons with nothing at all to eat and my oldest son with little to eat because they gave him a small when we ordered a large, my food didn't have any Alfredo sauce and my hubby has had constant diarrhea all day. When we called no one answered at the store and when we called door dash he said that he will call us back and never did.

We spent $50 bucks for garbage. McDonald's is a 5 star restaurant compared to this location. I say this because we have eaten at many other locations in different states with no issues. The other locations had...
