I ordered two pizzas at 3:40 on Friday afternoon, online using the app.. I scheduled a pickup 5:00. Due to heavy traffic, I made it to the store at 5:30. When I walked in all of the store was in complete uproar. Staff were making customers leave the store and wait outside. I was asked for my name and told my pizza was up in 5 minutes by a staff member who appeared to have just rolled out of bed. I stepped out as instructed. I waited for the lobby to clear and went back in as the 5 minute time frame given was up. I asked the young man at the counter, could you tell me how much more time it would be. He gave me the number 32. And told he would check. He came back to the counter , said nothing to me about the order. He was handing food to others who had arrived long after me. I waited for the line to clear again before I asked about my order. By this time it is 630. I asked the guy at the counter could he give me a status now and he had a total meltdown saying he is only one person as if it was an attack on him. So then he yelled back to the staff as says where is order 32. Some person in the back prep area says " I don't know...it must have gotten skipped it something, we can get it ready in 45 minutes." I let him know I was not willing to wait any longer. Not to mention the homeless person running in and out the store with no mask. The manager who didn't claim she was the manager told me I can get a refund that takes a week to be refunded because they use door dash to deliver that never delivered she said she could make my order again but it would cost me a deliver fee I said who In the hell would do that. So she hung up I called back she hung up again finally a young man answered I had to confirm with him I got a refund since she was being childish and she wouldn't give me her name. I ordered from your store no matter what services you use to deliver my order was messed up through your store so you should should remake it and resend it that's only right when your company didn't deliver my order.
