Harbor Freight — Local services in Indianapolis

I returned a 11 pc hole set that was defective, no problems. However I was looking at a hole saw arbor bit and the clerk told me that my used hole saw was 1/2 inch not 3/8. I asked if I could open the package and check. He said if I bought it I could then open it. So I said ,ok, so if I buy it and it doesn't work I'm going to stand here and get me money back. He takes out a tape measure and tells me the threads on the hole where 1/2 inch. I went to the rack , opened up a 1/2 inch and it did Not fit. I went to another store (not Harbor Fr.) And found out it was a 3/8 thread. Because they opened the package for me . If your clerk would have opened the package I would've bought the part and your company would've had a happy customer. I have spent alot of my hard earned money with this company and this is the first time that I've had a BAD...

Store staff were very friendly and store was clean and organized. My comment is about HF as an organization. I stopped shopping here for awhile because they are always playing games with their prices and sales. I seen on of their sales ads again and thought I would give it a try again. Low and behold same silliness different day... coupons that are only good for a couple of days. Really... who shops like that... certainly not your typical tool store customers. Stop playing games and just let your customers shop. You could have made well over 100.00 on me and close to that on my friend with me today but because you played games with coupons you lost 100%of both sales. I don't need anything bad enough to become your victim in bait and switch tactics... see ya again never. Washing...

Yesterday in the rain me and my wife came to the east Washington Street store.. and walked around the place trying to find anyone helpful enough to try to assist us I was looking for a replacement charger for my drill.that I saw online on the website... so after walking up and down the alle ways of this establishment... finally I just waited in the long line to ask the cashier... but saw another lady in a blue shirt with a ear piece on who was very rude..and was not professional...at all telling me that this is what we have and.. and if you don't like you can just leave.. and turn her back on me grabbed her hand Jake and walked away.. just so disrespectful... I will never be coming.back to this.. store to try to spend.my money and hopefully.. no one else...
