I remember when this place first opened up and my husband and I was glad, we love qdoba. Staff had always been great, they were on top of things, and descent dressed always clean. The past 2 times we have been there, the service has not been good. They seem VERY understaffed the past 2 Saturdays I have been there. The past 2 times has been 2 young men working , 1 making the food, the other working in the kitchen. The other time was the same 2 young men and a young lady. Both times has been very very slow. Last night though Feb 12, was bad. Only 2 people working from what we could see. 1 making the food the other in the back. The young man had 2 lady's waiting on him which one seemed to be getting a little impatient bit was very nice, they even offered to let him start the other customers which he said he would finish her first. He seemed to be having some trouble making there 2 quesadilla's. When he finally finished them and moved on, he had to call out for a few items which held up the line more. A father and his little boy where near the front of the line and they walked out. After waiting 20mins we saw we only had 15mins left before our movie and the line had still not moved after them helping the ladies, we knew we wouldn't be helped soon so we left. So either they are very understaffed or if qdobas believes they can do it on 2-3people on a Saturday night, they need to train better...
Read moreI wish I could give it zero stars but I can’t . I came to get a pick up order for my birthday . I got the Taco & Bowl Family Meal . When I came into this Qdoba , the man was telling me my order was placed way earlier in the day which it was ordered around 2:30 - 3:00 pm and I came to pick it up around 5:30 - 6:00 pm before my party started . ( but online it said it would take up to 2 hours ) . Anyways It shouldn’t matter when I ordered my food if I paid 56 $ IN FULL ONLINE ! Then they tried to say they were in the back making it , so I waited inside the store for 25 minutes until he came back , gave me 2 papers saying “ somebody is going to call you on Monday for a refund ” and the reason why was because somebody came in the store and picked up food that was already paid for , it wasn’t even a door dash or uber order , it was through the website & they clearly can’t keep track of their orders 🤷🏼♂️ . On Monday I had no calls , I called up to the store 4 times and they didn’t answer , the second I call from a different number they answer .. When I got on the phone with a lady she took my information down again and said they will give me a call back , never did 😂 . She got mad because I was talking to the employees I know, asking where were the others one. She got mad because me and my “child) asked for FRESH food my money was gonna pay for, and got mad when asked to stir the food that was fresh before serving me and my child. She tried to charge us $2.00 for a sample cups worth of cheese and got smart because I told her Qdoba does not charge for extra cheese. She made our food with an attitude and was not listening to what I was saying to her as a PAYING CUSTOMER! She refused to serve me and my CHILD AND told us to leave and threatened to call the police on us.
