The place was disgusting! They overcharged me by $62. Bug and mouse infestations reported; nothing done. I was supposed to get the “deposit” back when I left and didn’t. someone tried to set the dump on fire (rightfully so) because of the issues they had by sticking a remote in the microwave. The fire alarm went off incessantly forever. The “maintenance man” had no tools, and asked every man he saw to borrow theirs. The tv didn’t work, there were lines through it. Hell, we had to use our own batteries to even use the remote for the tv, and it didn’t even have a cover to keep the things in there. The WiFi didn’t work. If you tried to use it they would kick you off it, or it was just as crappy as the service at the hotel. The phone didn’t work, after plugging it back into the burnt up black phone jack there wasn’t even a light on, let alone a dial tone. The staff didn’t work; didn’t even ask if we needed the room cleaned, towels, bedding, NOTHING. The toilet didn’t work. In order to flush it you had to take the back off it, and pull the chain yourself. Sketchy people running in and out all the time, which gave my husband no rest. The hallways reeked of pot smoke, cigarettes, curry, and a lifetime of bad decisions. The vending/ice machine for both floors were filthy as well as covered in mold at the ceiling. The entire spout of the ice machine as well as the top part where the ice dumps had some type of grime and fungus in it too. The shower didn’t work. It also didn’t get hot. We stood there for a good ten minutes waiting for it to get somewhere close to warm, and it didn’t happen. After an hour of waiting, running in and out of the bathroom it was lukewarm at best. The walls and carpet in the room were covered in black mold. (Hence my having pneumonia, and my husband has some type of infection in his chest as well). There was drug paraphernalia in the floor and inside of the drawers of the nightstand on either side. When I told the front desk about the issues I asked for a refund and was refused. I even offered to let them keep the first night’s cost but let me go for a refund, again was told no. This is precisely why people need to pass a thorough investigation before being able to open any type of hospitality business. The “breakfast” was trash. It was more like giving someone starving a taste of food then yanking it away. It was a bad joke. When it came to the selection, there really was none. I woke up the morning after the initial stay with a mouse in my bed. This place has been reported to the better business bureau! My husband and I have spent well over $1,000 since June 13, 2025 just on my skin as well as medicine from being treated with pneumonia due to the black mold and deplorable conditions. It needs to be shut down, (I would say condemned) remove everything inside and treat every inch of the property for anything communicable, remodeled inside and out, then, without a shadow of doubt; under new management. Unless these D-bags are the owners….then I say, demo that whole thing! As for the people who manage it, as well as the employees; they need to be fired, sued, and prosecuted. I have seriously been considering contacting an attorney. It’s not fair for anyone to be treated so poorly, let alone deal with the things my husband and I have thus far. It seems as if this is just the beginning. Today I have yet again, spent hours on the phone with Booking.com the Hotel itself, just to be hung up on, and now Wyndham! I keep being pushed off for 24 hours, 48 hours, a week, two weeks, and now I’m really ready to lose it. I’m sick as a dog, trying to beg for justice by receiving the refund I was promised by two companies! This is a disgrace. Someone do...

The machines ate our money ($12, reported it and of course nobody could refund it…shocking) there was a bug and mouse infestation. I reported the issues, nothing was done. The employees didn’t work. They didn’t even ask if we needed the room cleaned, towels, bedding, NOTHING. I legit lost over $100 in groceries due to the uncleanliness of the dump; which caused the bugs and mice. The “fridge” was frozen over at the top all the way to the next to last shelf in the bottom, which ruined everything in there. The toilet didn’t work. In order to flush it you had to take the back off it, and pull the chain yourself. The outdoor pool was covered with what looked like a tarp, and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned or removed since the first year the hotel was open. There were sketchy people in and out of the hallways day and night. The hallways reeked of pot smoke. The shower didn’t work. It also didn’t get hot. It was nasty. The bedding was filthy. Read moreOmg, I can not believe that Wyndham would put their name on this chain of hotels Super 8. We own timeshare points with Wyndham and the resorts we stay at annually are beautiful and clean. Which is why we assumed this place would be clean and decent. But, you know what they say about assuming. This place was digusting. My husband and I went to see the eclipse. All hotels in the area were booked. We came for 3 nights and I wanted to leave as soon as we walked in to the room. There was a horrible smell as you walked into the room. The only room we could get was a double bed. I told my husband to check for bed bugs and the cleanliness . Omg, the mattress had blood stains all over , plus what looked like urine stains and other stains. Disgusting. We didn't use that bed, thank god the other bed was clean. We brought a flat sheet from home to lay over the bed and our own pillows/blankets. Bath tub didn't look clean. Their was a couple of chairs in the roon that were very dirty with white spots and tears. I tried looking for other hotels and nothing available. I was ready to book a hotel that was $499 a night but only one night was available and we needed 3 nights. We stayed because my husband really wanted to see the eclipse. We bought wipes, body wipes, and air freshener. Because we were soooooo disgusted we didn't even shower nor did we even use the water. We had body wipes and bottled water to wash up and brush our teeth. That's how disgusting it was. We only came back to the room to sleep. The hallway stinks, the carpet in the hallway was really nasty looking. Smelled like smoke and musty. I guess the hallway is where guests smoke. I told my husband that if I was homeless and was gifted free nights at this place , I would not accept. I would rather sleep on a bench then to sleep her. The nights were free for us since we had accrued points with the Wyndham card. The reason we stayed was for my husband and because the 2nd bed was clean and we had brought out sheet, pillows and blankets. But, NEVER AGAIN will we stay at a Super 8. I looked at reviews for other Super 8 and they are all really bad and just as disgusting. I will be writing a letter to Wyndham. People should not have to endure a place like this. The room was so musty and dry that I could not breathe in the night. I'd get so stuffy. I had to buy vicks and take my antihistamine. I feel bad for people that can not afford to stay at better hotels. Just because this is a cheap hotel it doesn't mean it has to be a dirty dump. People deserve a clean place. We couldn't leave fast enough. Check out day we were up by 6:30 , got ready as soon as possible and we were out a little before 8. Couldn't leave fast enough. I guess who ever owns this place loves filth. They're home must be just...
