I understand that it’s a busy location, but some things stand out as adding to the frustration of waiting 30 minutes. The baristas were chatting so much with each other that the slowness was exponentially longer. One of the baristas barely said the name on the cup and no one could hear her. There was at least 20 bags of food and 15 drinks waiting for people. They should have stopped and called out the names again for those who may not have heard it the first time. Some people had been waiting for 40+ minutes. My drink ended up being wrong, but whatever. My biggest pet peeve is that the same barista touches all the drink at the top and not the middle. Read moreIs Starbucks shrinkflationing us? I ordered a grande matcha latte and my cup was half full and mostly foam. I haven’t experienced this in other Starbucks. I noticed it when I picked up my cup and it seemed lighter than normal. I was already walking quickly away, so noticed the weight change when I was already down the hall and heading back to my function otherwise I would have gone back. Also, they seemed super busy and training, so I’m giving them an out. Just a bit disappointing with the higher prices we’re paying to see this happening. I hope this isn’t a trend. Read moreI don't go to Starbucks regularly, but I was feeling a little plopped out so I decided to go for a tea. I like hot black tea with no sweetener, which is naturally what I ordered. The employee gave me a funny look and then took my money. When my drink came out it was a iced tea with syrup??? I don't know why, and they were so busy I didn't want to inconvience anyone else by complaining. Maybe this was a communication error or maybe it was just a fluke. Either way 4/10 probably...
