This year wasn't as good as last year's, but I'm Star Wars biased and there was only one star. More signage is needed overall, directing where things are and such. Once again, the sound caller for the photo ops needs to be improved as it's terribly difficult to hear. The quality and quantity of cosplayers were down on Saturday, but that's not the conventions' fault. The exact times for autographs would be nice as we went three times to Katie's booth, in between her scheduled time and nothing. Nothing beats the friendly staff and people of Indy...well done! Read moreI can only evaluate this convention center for how they handle GenCon each year, but they do a great job with that. Yes, the place will be crowded, the food will be expensive, and there may be some lines for the restrooms, but all of that is to be expected when a huge throng of people fill the convention center to the brim for a long weekend. And despite the tremendous number of people and the complexity in keeping the place going under such load, everything just keeps humming along. Read moreIt's a nice facility and a good location, but they have no communication. Nobody in the venue could tell anyone where the different events were being held. They should have a masterlist at each of the entrances, with the events and the corresponding halls. It is so large and they are taking covid protocols fairly seriously, but someone needs to tell the employees that wearing your mask below your nose turns it into a gag not a mask unless your nostrils are fused closed. You would never wear your underwear below the area they are made...
