Every Saturday my family picks a place to eat. This past Saturday, Feb.1, 2025 we chose KFC. I went to this particular one at 3:30pm to order a 16 piece mixed meal and a 8 piece legs and thighs chicken only. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I said we'll I can go home and order it online and come back. After walking to my car I realized by the time I got home it would be 20 minutes so I went back inside. At that time I was met by the manager/gm, Mackenzie Agee who stated I should just go home and order it online because they didn't have any chicken thawed so she would have to thaw some. Keep in mind this is Saturday at 3:00. I do just that though I drive home and proceed to attempt to order it online BUT I'm met with a message on their website that they are not currently taking orders online and to try another store. I drive all the way back to the store to advise them of their message on their website and proceed to AGAIN to attempt to order our dinner. It is now 4:45 ish. My son and I wait almost 30 minutes for our meal with not once even being offered a drink from the gm while we wait on which will have been almost 2 hours since my 1st visit to this place. The assistant Gm, Jessica, does give me a drink after I went up to pay for one. I then inform her there is something growing on the Dr Pepper spout. She comes out to clean it, meanwhile the GM, Mackenzie Agee is loudly bad mouthing me while cooking the chicken. We receive our order, I drive ALL THE WAY BACK HOME to find out I DO NOT have a 16 piece mixed(4 breasts, 4 wings, 4 thighs, 4 legs) and a 8 piece legs and thighs. I HAVE 24 LEGS AND THIGHS. Keep in mind my order was $79.00 and change. I grab up the chicken in frustration forgetting about the sides and head back to this place for the 4th time. My son and brother go in with the chicken because I have a pacemaker and my heart is racing by now. It is now around 5:45 ish. At first the GM offers to make the chicken right, then recognizes my son and says you're that $80.00 order aren't you. He says yes, she then says I'm not fixing anything. She ordered 24 dark and that's what she got. My brother says that's not true cause the breasts and wings are for me and my son tells her I know that's not true because he had ordered it through the kiosk not me. The assistant GM,Jessica happened to come outside and spoke to me, I then remembered I had 2 macaroni and cheese, a large French fry and a mashed potato and gravy and 6 biscuits at home that by now were cold. She told me not to worry about it she would replace them. Soon after my son came out and stated the GM, this Mackenzie Agee told her she could not replace them because I hadn't brought the others back. I then when in and had to purchase these items again at another 20.00 and some change. Almost $100.00 and 3 hours later we got our dinner. ONLY FOR 3 OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO GET HORRIBLE DIARRHEA.! MACKENZIE AGEE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND THE ASSISTANT GM NEEDS TO BE THE GM. I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVE IT BUT ONLY THE 3 WHO ATE THE BREASTS AND WINGS GOT SICK!!!! Read moreI had one of the worst drive through experiences of my life tonight. I ordered two meals, one being a chicken tender meal. I know the lady taking my order was not actually typing it in because there were zero follow-up questions on preferences or a total given (which was fine with me). I proceed to the window where a young man tells me there's a wait on my nuggets. I inform him I didn't order nuggets. The window is propped open with a spork, so I heard everything. He tells the woman (Ms. Shawna? Rhonda?) preparing the food I ordered chicken tenders. She proceeds to yell "all these people ordering the wrong numbers and it's our fault. She ordered the number 11 and wants to waste my dn time" as she is slamming all the food doors closed. She literally tosses my order at him. He returns to me and I inform him I didn't order the number 11 and I don't deserve to be treated this way, I did nothing wrong. She overhears me, I calmly repeat this to her. She literally says "I don't have time for this", laughs, and tells him to "close the window." I then hear her screaming at him because 'him and xx are moving two dn slow' and if she "tells them to do something they need to do it." I pull away and, shocker, my order is incorrect. I attempt to enter the lobby at 845p and the door is locked despite it saying the lobby should still be open. Three different people look at me and won't open the door. I left. This women is both completely disrespectful to customers, her team ( as I assume she is some type of manager/leader) and truly is the definition of a bully. Read moreUsually my reviews are a little more dignified than this… but today, 1/27/2024 at approximately 1:30pm, I had an experience at this KFC drive through no one should experience.
I went through the drive through to place an order. Someone else in my car decided to place an order, too. The worker was speaking and telling me about the two transactions at the same time others in the car were speaking. The worker was talking loudly, almost screaming, through the speaker. At first, I took it as she’s just a loud talker.
I get to the window and the attendant there was fairly friendly. The person gave me a total, I asked if she could split it. She split the first part of the order then the lady who took the order came to the window- this time clearly yelling. Before I tried to clarify what she said she yelled some more and walked off.
Y’all, (yes, y’all) as she walked away she was yelling/singing gospel music. Well, BAY-BAAAAAYY, keep on singing and searching, because you are still being worked. He’s working on me, too, but I remembered Him today as I kept my cool with this interaction.
We get our food and pull over to the side to check our order. Another car comes to the drive through while we’re in the parking lot. I can hear the worker yelling at the other car “WHY ARE YOU BACK? I AIN’T TAKING THAT FOOD BACK!” and everything else you can imagine.
Please, get this woman some customer service training. And help those that have to work with this woman.
