It was my first time because I always thought the store was more for slimmer people, like a store only for junior size. I finally decided to check it out and I was impressed to see that they had a little something for both men and women, and they DID have plus size...I just had a hard time finding something for ME. It did seem like their plus size clothes were limited--i found several tops but I only saw bottoms that went up to 2x and there weren't a lot of them either. And they're not ridiculously expensive but they're not cheap either. However, I like how some of their merchandise (t-shirts) were memories from the 90s era...including the candy at...

I guess they can get two stars. I spend a lot of money here yearly, and I usually have a nice time. Today I came into this store and no one spoke to me, they just looked... just literally only looked.... Then when I was checking out the guy just moved the clothes aside and didnt acknowledge my presence. The girl behind him rung me up... She didnt speak while ringing up my clothes... She only spoke to tell me the cost. She bagged my clothes and to my surprise she said have a nice day. I'm very disappointed in the customer...

I did visit New Years Eve but that is no excuse. The store floor was filthy. Besides the dirt, snow and salt everywhere, there were clothes, shoes, and candy on the floor as well. I would not want to buy a shirt that people stepped on and was stained from salt. For some reason no employees were cleaning, yet I saw at least three there. At one point only one person was using the register to ring up the purchases. I am unsure if management was the problem or just inexperienced employees. I doubt I will...
