Have you been incorrectly charged through the drive thru??? A month or so ago I realized the price of their drive thru menu and what their system was charging me was 2 different prices. I get the chilli cheese fries, stated at $3.99, and end up paying close to $6. I had overlooked this previously, chopping it up to being tired and doubting what I thought I saw them priced at. I go today to get them for lunch and to my surprise they are in fact $3.99 and have been incorrectly charged, 5.75 or so after taxes. I don't know for how long I have been being charged more. When I asked the worker if she could honor the price advertised she refuses because her manager is there. I asked once more giving her a chance to do the right thing and she says no. Here's another shocker for you, for those who use the drive thru. Out of the 6 side options available only 1 was correctly priced. The other sides are supposed to be about $2 more. Which tells me 2 things. These incorrect prices have been posted for more than a year or so. Because I think it's rare to see a restaurant hike there prices beyond an additional dollar every price adjustment. NEGLECT! They don't care and take advantage of us customers who believe we are getting charged a lower marked price. However in reality they reap the benefits of getting more money out of the situation.BEWARE customers who order through the drive thru and compare what they are charging you in comparison to the menu outside!!!! Who knows what else could be incorrectly priced. Not only was I incorrectly charged numerous times before today but the workers don't care, or aren't trained to do the right thing to fix the problem. Read moreThe last four time we have been to this Goody’s for food we have been disappointed. Today will be our last time ordering food here ever. Today my husband went through the drive-thu. He ordered a bacon, & egg sandwich on sourdough, with butter instead of Mayo. Fries, and a order of zucchini. Goody’s really needs to describe on their menu board how they prepare their bacon & egg sandwich because at any other restaurant I have ever had it from it was a BLT with the egg over hard. What you receive here is a overly cooked (brown) scrambled egg sandwich with bacon bits cooked in it, with lettuce, & tomato. Fun Fact: It doesn’t matter if you can’t stand the taste of mayonnaise, you ask for no mayonnaise, you have the cashier repeat “no mayonnaise” 3 times, because when you receive your sandwich you will have a very thick layer of mayonnaise on both sides of the toast!) The zucchini was horrible. They were so overly cooked they not only looked like dark brown #2 pencils, but when braking them in half they made the same sound as braking a #2 pencil. The fries were cold. On the upside though the ranch that came with the zucchini wasn’t bad. I don’t know what has happened to this Goody’s in Indio, we used to love the food here, but it is such poor quality now. Read moreI need to speak on mariselas service. I went through your drive through and she assumed i didn’t want to pay for my order she literally told me that, have it recorded. Now i don’t know if i was being judged by her but if i go to a restaurant and don’t want eggs because my daughter doesn’t like them she shouldn’t say i have to buy the eggs. I asked her to modify my kids meal to fries or hash browns in substitute with the eggs. She said she couldn’t. Ok that’s fine i asked if it only applies to the kids menu, she said yes so i ask for reg French toast plate and substitute my eggs for potato again she couldn’t. She could have, i don’t know why she said she couldn’t all she had to do was add potato and no eggs, you don’t tell someone no you can’t buy something you give them other options. Then she told me i just don’t want to pay for something, like are u serious. So i asked for a manager of course she told me she is the supervisor so let me put it this way all i wanted was French toast, sausages and fries/hash brown but she could accommodate the order. This is terrible service. The way she came about this situation was unprofessional I felt discriminated against my rights as a customer.
