music very loud. the crab was overcooked but edible. sauce and fries were really over salted. our waitress, along with several other young girls were behind the counter giggling while we were trying to find someone to do refills. and when she would walk past the table, she would take a single cup of water and run off before we were able to talk to her leaving two other members of our 4 person party with very evident empty cups of water. ended up waiting a total of 20 minutes to get someone to bring us our check, and ANOTHER 15 minutes for her to come back and do the payment where she also asked us for our crab tools (referred to as ‘crackers’) which was honestly quite rude considering we still had empty cups. overall, very inexperienced and unprofessional staff. food is edible, waiting for it to be great. I have had friends say I should try it and to be honest I was skeptical because seafood is easy to mess up. Well my husband took me here and I will say I’m super disappointed. King Crab was over cooked, octopus was like slime, soft shell crab was very greasy and I told the hostess if I could give feed back because we left the items. She said yes, so I did and then we proceeded to pay, but hostess said no let me tell the manager and see what she says maybe she can remove the items we said no and hostess insisted! Great hostess btw, super polite and knows how to handle upset customers. Well the hostess spoke to the manager and the manager argued and said everything is on timers and can’t get messed up. There was a hair in my crab that contaminated mine and my partners food. I shared some of my crab and put it in her bag and she noticed a long piece of hair that was floating in the juice stuck in the crab.

Told the waitress that laughed about it. It took this place at least 15 mins to only discount the crab on one bag. Which was $6 off.

We had an issue with this “discount” because both our bags were contaminated as well as everyone eating in the restaurant and they said there was nothing they can do and to call the manager the next day.
