Ruta Motel — Hotel in Indio

Horrible service over the phone. I have called an asked if there was a room available and instead he said go on line to check for availability and prices. I have questioned the gentleman if he can give me the info over the phone and right after I told him it's one adult and one child right away the gentleman responded I don't have a room for a child. Denying me a room just because I have a child and in top of that he question me if I was willing to pay $300 dollar a night. When asked to speak to management he stated he didn't want me in his hotel room and he did not wish to do business with me. He his rude and a condescending man. I do not recommend this...

Very rude must document every conversation with them or they will pull a fast one on you, showers bearly work but they expect you to fix it to bearly work while staying there no heaters ,electrical plugs don't work if you connect anything to it they fall out, beds aren't clean underneath , towels are bearly washed they will not take out the stains off them, pillows are not washed only covers, they are very money hungry, crackheads walk everywhere inside premises , your door doesn't lock all the way cause they didn't cut they hole right the only good is the tv and the wifi...

I booked this place at Bookings. The Motel page was saying that there was no need for a prepayment. A few hours later, the staff asked for it. Bad. So I write in asking if I could do the prepayment next month (I WAS BOOKING FOR 6 MONTHS LATER) and the staff were really bad, the customer support was awful. They don't know how to speak...
