Panda Express — Restaurant in Indio

Never order online. I ordered for 4 30 pickup this evening it was ready at 4 pm. I called And asked why it was ready 30 minutes early. I was told it was in the warmer. Hello I do not want old food in a warmer people. Make it at time of pick up not 30 minutes early. The food was CRAP. The boxes of family meal only half full so maybe enough for 2 people not 5. The last time we made sure our boxes were full because we watched them make it. The only good thing this time although the chicken was cold BTW as a place that serves food you should know chicken that sits and even rice can kill people. My orange chicken was soft and not hard as rocks as usual. At least there was a positive. DO BETTER for your 20 dollars...

I went to this location a couple of times and their attitude towards me was very disrespectful, when I asked to girl wearing a black shirt her name "MIRIA" about the portion of the meat she was like "that's what it is" with a very big attitude instead of finding a solution for my complaint, then when the cashier was gonna charge me he was packing my food on the floor I don't know why, I asking why he was doing it so and then he said I'm putting in it in a bag?, I asked him on the floor? I'm very disappointed about this place, food I did not even eat it, I dont if he put something to the food when he was packing it on floor because he took like 10 seconds to do it. I would not recommend this...

This is the first time I've been truly disappointed in panda express. I got almost nothing but potatoes- I ordered the steak and shrimp and kung pao chicken- well they filled up both trays with steak and shrimp that is mostly potatoes- there were TWO SHRIMP and a few bites of steak and just a tiny bit of kung pao. They didn't even stir the freaking rice- I pulled an entire scrambled egg out of it. 10 dollars and I've picked out enough potato and bell pepper to account for more than half...
