The management here is horrible! Maybe not all the managers but Carla should not be a manager. She is rude and she will lie right in a customerâs face in front of her staff. I stopped by this Mcdonalds this evening after shopping at Home Depot and the experience was not good. I normally donât go to this McDonalds but at the time it seemed convenient. My order was simple but Carla the manager was rushing me to complete my order. After I completed my order I was told to pull to the second window . I was looking at the screen to see what my total was so I could have it ready once I arrived to the window to pay. I didnât see my total because the screen is broken so I asked Carla who was taking my order if I could please have my total. She told me she would give it to me at the second window. I then replied saying âMay I please know what my total was so I could have my money ready? â I then heard the intercom go out . I said hello and sat for a minute and realized she was ignoring me !
Once I pulled to the front window I asked the young lady if I could speak to the manager . At the time I didnât know Carla was the manager and the person taking my order. I quickly realized who she was by her extremely rude demeanor. We then proceeded in conversation
Me: Hi are you the lady that was taking my order ? Her: Yes⌠Me: Is there a reason why I couldnât have the total before I came to the window? Her: I told you I would give it to you. Me: No you did not you stopped replying, shut off your intercom and ignored me. Her: Because we are very busy that is why I told you to just come around. Me: Can I please have some additional information to speak to someone elseâs Her: *walks off and comes back and hands me a card .
The only reason I still processed and brought my food was because of the kind young lady at the window was very nice throughout the whole ordeal of me speaking with the âmanagerâ. Carla is definitely a bad representation of the McDonaldâs brand and the staff. Not everyone should be managers. My husband had bought almost $50 worth of food from this location before coming home from work, and I was really excited about the McRib being back. When he got home with the food I was about to take a bite of my McRib when I notice mold on the bread. After about 4 times of calling the store, someone finally answered the phone and offered to replace the food, but like I said it had mold I didnât want anything else from that location so instead asked for my money back. The guy I spoke to on the phone said it was fine to just bring back the receipt. We get to the store and the guy I had spoken to on the phone said he could only refund me for the McRib which I was not happy with because 1) I live almost 30 minutes away from this location 2) who knows if the rest of the food was ok or not and we just didnât notice and 3) I am currently pregnant and if by any chance the rest of the food did have something wrong with it, thatâs putting my unborn baby at risk over their negligence of their food as theyâre preparing it. I asked him for their corporate number and the manager on dutyâs name (he said he was only a shift manager, that the manager in charge was in the back) and he comes back and gives me the GMâs name (who is currently on vacation) instead of the name of the manager who was in charge...
   Read moreIf I could give this location a zero I would not only was their menu broken and you were not able to see the screen at all I was told was itâs supposed to get fixed I placed a very simple order once I got to the first window all Iâm told is the amount due then when I get to the second window thatâs when it just gets worse the drinks I was provided was halfway for both drinks. upon waiting for condiments which I had to ask about 6 times the second portion of my order was never properly placed the lady at the window looks at me like Iâm bugging her and rolling her eyes. I reviewed my receipt and I saw that I was not charged for item that I initially ordered it I told her it was fine with charging my card as it was part of my order she then said I donât have access to adding an item then when I said OK, what do I do? There was no response but a complete attitude her nails were acrylics and nasty this is not a proper procedure in food service. Youâre not supposed to wear acrylic nails as this is part of hygiene.
