The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I only know of one other place that has horrible customer service like this. Sadly, this nasty behavior only comes from one employee. If anybody walks in an is greeted by an older Black man, I'd advise you all to walk out. Don't be mistaken, their red velvet cake is amazing! I went in one day to get my weekly fix and I noticed that the slices in the front looked much fresher than the ones in the back. When I asked for two specific slices in the front the man told me "I have to be able to reach them. If I can't, you can't have them". I was shocked! Then he started rambling about how he couldn't put pressure on the rack. So this lazy ass employee acted as if he couldn't slide the tray out a little bit to get the slices I wanted. Got a double cheeseburger and with slightly high expectations. And let me tell you, it was one of the better burgers I've had in LA. My boy went with me, and the dude's a picky little punk about Burgers, he got a double cheese with Bacon and Egg. And he's already been back there at least one more time since Wednesday.

I saw this place on social media and had to try it. I ordered the sweet fire wings and fries combo. One thing I notice is the family community oriented atmosphere. It’s almost like you are visiting your favorite aunts place to go eat except she charges you to do so! Overall the wings were juicy and these ones were sweet and not spicy as I thought but great. I ordered a yellow on chocolate cake that looks and taste like your auntie made. You cannot beat that! I look forward to trying some of there other menu options particularly spaghetti next time...
