I’m a routine customer who regularly visits your restaurant after my dialysis appointments. After a physically exhausting treatment, I look forward to a warm, satisfying meal — something your food has consistently provided in the past.
However, during my recent visit to your 4940 W Century blvd store, I was treated rudely by a team member named Wendy. I politely requested that my teriyaki chicken be cooked a bit more, as I prefer it well done, especially after my treatment. Unfortunately, she refused to accommodate my request and served me a noticeably small portion, unlike what I’ve received on previous visits.
Feeling disappointed and disrespected, I left and went to your other location at 3351 West Century. The staff there were courteous, and the chicken was perfectly cooked — exactly what I needed.
This experience left me feeling not just dissatisfied but unvalued as a loyal customer. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately so others don’t face the same...
