This place was really good when they first opened, but quickly went downhill fast! The last few times we have ordered sandwiches we were all very disappointed. We ordered 1 more time today and were told to pick sandwiches up at 5:50pm. My son picked them up before time, but they were so soggy, almost inedible, from sitting on the shelf so long. The aju for the French dip sandwiches was nothing more that heated water!! It was almost clear and no flavor AT ALL! The turkey, ham, and roast beef sandwich was pathetic! The meat looked as though someone had grabbed a handfull and slapped into one place on the sandwiches. We had to open them up and spread the meat ourselves! I am very disappointed and will not waste anymore money on this place! These sandwiches cost way too much money to get what has been served lately. I placed an order online-potato soup, side salad with no tomatoes, and garlic bread. I got to the store in the time that my order was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't. No big deal, as I understand that they were just opening. When I finally received my order, the cashier informed me that there was no garlic bread. I said, "OK, so am I getting a refund?" She walked away, and I'll assume that she asked her manager or whomever was in charge of what to do, and the cashier came back to tell me that I would have to go online to receive a refund, since I placed the order there. Ridiculous, especially since the order was placed online for that particular store. On top of that, why are the employees unaware of what to do in a situation like this? I guess I was supposed to just be ok with not getting the garlic bread that I paid for, and or a refund. They could have at least offered some kind of replacement. I definitely...
