Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

Update May 2024 Amazingly the entire staff of this Taco Bell is still illiterate. Not only will they completely mess up your mobile order but then when you ask them to fix it, they will swear up and down that you ordered it that way. Even when you pull up the app and can show them that’s not the case they will call you baby and act like they’re doing you a favor for fixing an order that they completely messed up. It’s infuriating. As usual, they should clean house and rehire a completely new crew of maybe slightly more intelligent people.

Came in the middle of the afternoon no one in the store but me and my son. He's a toddler and he doesn't like to stay in one place for very long so I place my very small order of nachos and a side of black beans and rice at 6:00 p.m. multiple cars came and went through the drive-thru and I still didn't have my food..... remember no one else was in the restaurant at all..... my child is now screaming and hysterical and pitching a fit because we've been standing in this restaurant for almost 15 minutes no one's even come over and said hey sorry there's a problem with your order or anything. After 15 minutes they finally hand me my food with no real explanation except something about making black beans. The restaurant was literally empty besides us and the drive-thru was not busy- there's no excuse for being this bad...

Tried to order online and could not get the link to work. I thought I would call my order in and pay by phone since my daughter was stopping to pick up our food on her way to my house and had no funds. The lady I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and informed me that they did not do call-ins. I decided to try the online order one more time but my daughter arrived at the location prior to the order going through. She wasn't sure if she was supposed to just drive up to window or go through the entire drive through process. No one else was there so she pulled up to the window. The lady st the window was pleasant but the person she asked about the order was hateful. She yelled at my daughter and told her to go back around and go through the drive through order process. She explained she had an online order and the woman again was rude and told her to go through the drive through and place her order because no online order had come through. Fine, that is understandable, but is there any reason to be so hateful? Will not be doing business here again. We are going to...

If you are looking to be completely ignored for lunch, this is the right place. Prepare to spend some time ordering your food. They have an order kiosk here and this is the preferred order method apparently now because the employees dare not make eye contact with you least you ask them how to use this kiosk. And I tell you on the side apparently means put it on the taco. Let me pontificate on this... we ordered 3 tacos with a side of fries and they put fries on all three tacos. So side equals "let's put it in the taco".. Now when you finally complete your order on the kiosk you would think since the order is written down the way taco bell wants it the employees could get it right. Well no that means nothing at all, 2 forgotten items on one order. It was a good thing we were inside eating. But I digress...the good thing about this restaurant today was when I asked for the missing items they had no issue getting them for me and the young lady was quite nice about it. TACO BELL MANAGMENT DITCH THE KIOSK, people want to order food not program their food order...
