Subway — Restaurant in Inman

My children and I came here for lunch one day. Our very first time here and unfortunately will be our last. To start the cashiers were playing around together talking about body wash and cutting up in spanish. I'm very pleased they're able to speak another language however, they lacked professionalism. I requested 2 of the 4 subs our toasted and they didn't toast them. On top of that she ignored me when I requested for my sub to have lite mayo, didn't add the vinager and oil I asked for and treated my family as if we are stupid and beneath her and as a fast food employee she could've made better career choices as I own my own kennel and my children are polite and respectful. She also didn't give us lids, cups nor straws we had to request said items and napkins. The sweet tea wasn't sweet at all, and the childrens meals lacked napkins. My subway experience was horrible. I called in an order for me and 2 coworkers. When I arrived at the restaurant there were about 4 other customers, one of which was already waiting to pay for her food. The register had gone down and the employees could not get it to come back up. They placed a sign on the door so that no more customers would come in but left all 5 of us waiting. Our sandwiches were already made and we stood for at least 30 minutes. I finally gave up after my entire break was over and left. I know it wasn't the employees fault but the manager should have just given us the subs as a sign of good faith for waiting forever, but she would not. The only reason for the 2 stars is the one employee whom was nice enough to offer us a drink. Needless to say better customer service skills are needed for...

Don’t ever go here unless you are prepared to wait over 30 min and that’s if there isn’t a line. I told the employee I needed 4 sandwiches and he made me one, toasted it, asked for my veggies, then said the other employee would have to ring me up, I said what about my other 3 sandwiches, he said Quote” I don’t know” 😂 second time they’ve made me wait half an hour and jacked my order up…….. Don’t get me wrong, I love Subway but in case you ever have to go here let me tell you the best way to place your order. Walk up, order your sandwich, tell them everything you want on it, don’t expect it to be right, pay for the wrong sub, on your way out the door throw it in the trash, walk next-door to Little Caesars and order yourself a greasy pizza, you’ll be much happier.
