OK, there was a fill-in manager who seemed to be nice when I was at the restaurant. There was a young man who took my order. I asked him to give me the Parmesan steak made like the bourbon the Parmesan has shrimp. Broccoli and potatoes He charged me extra for everything the onions and mushroom I didn’t get my shrimp. I called the manager politely to let her know. she had a bad attitude. It’s really sad to fill-in for someone else’s store and treat people that way. I don’t know if it’s because you know what I look like she thinks I’m on BS or not but I didn’t get my food I paid for it and I don’t appreciate her hanging up on me. I wasn’t mean or rude to her, but she was to me kept talking over me And they said I don’t know she had a bad night at the end but I tip well and I said thank you multiple times and I gave them a good survey at their restaurant on the table so for me not to get what I asked for what I paid for and for to hang up on me and get loud The way she did for no reason it was absolutely unnecessary. I will be calling corporate or whatever this is, I will be climbing the ladder because I don’t deserve to be treated like that especially almost $30 on a small plate and I don’t like to be judged because that’s what she did assumed I was making it up or whatever I don’t know what’s your deal she didn’t do it when I was there. Very rude. I don’t think they like too much diversity the way they look at you when you’re in the restaurant and the way you just treated me so yeah I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. it doesn’t even even deserve one side. The food was not great at all. It was light on the seasoning bland it was not the bourbon sauce like I asked for nothing. I don’t know why I was treated that way today, but I would like my money back because I’m definitely not gonna eat the food there because I don’t know what she’ll do to me and I will find out her name cause she didn’t wanna give me the name before she hang up on me and told me shut up and goodbye we were there the server had something last time we were there we in the server, orderly lady that wears like a flower or something in her hair was working. She charged us something extra for something we didn’t get and we told her about it she made a loud sound and snatched the receipt out of my guy’s hand. This place is just messed up. However I was a bit let down with my order from here, I ordered my favorite meal, obviously. & not only was the burger not cooked the way I asked for it to be (medium well) but it was under cooked which is never a good thing. I took one bite & unfortunately spit it out due to how pink it was still.. the fries were UNSEASONED (the seasoning on the fries is literally why i love them so much.) and were cold and slightly soggy...? I've eaten here over a year before this experience and back then I had a wonderful time, but this time at least as far as the actual food went was not a good time at all. But i will say the host that bagged and rang up my order was very kind. I enjoyed speaking with her. the only other thing Id like to say is there really should to be more standing room for customers when waiting for a table, paying for their meals, etc. The area they currently have I personally don't think is even big enough for 2 full booths. For instance i am 5ft tall and i was attempting to stand there with 3 other men, all whom were about average height/ maybe slightly shorter and to be completely honest it was so cramped that we were all touching shoulders... just made it very uncomfortable overall while waiting for my food/waiting to pay. Read moreWell first of all when we walked in we informed the host that we wanted a table for 4 but the 4th person hadn't arrived yet which she said was fine, before we were able to be seated the manager walked up to the host and told her that someone hadn't showed up for their shift and they were going to Need her to help bust tables which I thought was pretty rude since we were standing right there, now we've been seated our 4th party shows up and just walks right over to our table because there was No Host at the door now we are scrabbling to find her a menu because we had already ordered which was a task in itself now about 20 minutes has passed and we still haven't got our food yet in the mean time my Husband orders 1 of the special Halloween drinks my husband started drinking the drink when he noticed a VERY LONG piece of Blond hair in his drink we than called the waitress over which also happened to be the BAR TENDER which we felt sorry for because she was trying to Tend the bar and wait on tables finally about 40 minutes later our food arrived which was cold had to send back to the kitchen and my husband did get him a new drink the moral of this story is I usually don't go to (CRAPPLEBEE"S) yes that's what I call it because every single time I go to a APPLEBEE"S I have a bad experience similar to this one I can say this was the last straw CRAPPLEBEE'S Will NEVER get another penny of our money.
