Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Inwood

🚨PSA🚨 Tonight’s dinner experience with Buffalo Wild Wings To-Go in Inwood was appalling and beyond frustrating. I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pickup time, only to find that the order still wasn’t ready 30 MINUTES past the scheduled pickup time.

After waiting and waiting with no updates or communication, I called the restaurant to find out what was going on. I spoke with the manager, (Mary?) and her response honestly shocked me. Instead of showing any kind of empathy or professionalism, she was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I asked if there was any way we could be offered a refund or a credit for the delay, she snapped, “Well, when you have 140 orders drop at the same time, and only 3 cooks here plus myself, what do you expect?” I understand that this new business to the area, and theres usually a “trial” period where they have to workk the kinks out but the treatment we received was unacceptable!!! They have wing days every Tuesdays andd Thursdays so they should he properly equipped and staffed to handle the load.

There was no apology. No accountability. No offer to make it right. Just attitude and terrible customer service.

We were genuinely excited to have a Buffalo Wild Wings To-Go location in our area, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth…We spent our money here excited for an awesome dinner. When we got the food back home, my husbands was passing out the food and noticed that we also didnt get the full 30 wings we paid for. We ordered 30 and received 25, and i fully believe the manager was responsible for that trying to be petty.

Unless the customer service and leadership at this location drastically improve, I can’t see myself or family returning. We will just make the extra drive to...

I ordered a 15 boneless / 5 tenders + fries value meal, came out to 21.19. Not a bad deal.

Boneless ordered was 5 buffalo, 5 garlic parmesan, and 5 honey BBQ. Fries were asked to be seasoned with chipotle seasoning. Tenders were ordered seasoned with lemon pepper dry rub. Since this combo comes with a veggie option, I ordered carrots. For those carrots, I ordered 3 ranch.

The order was placed and I was told via email it would be ready at 17:00. I arrive a little before 17:00 and there were 4 orders in front of mine that were still being made. By the time I got my order, it was 10 after. Not too bad of a delay, but if it says ready at 17:00, that should be the time.

I got the order home and we verified the order. All the food was there but here is what was wrong and / or missing:

Fries were there but were seasoned with salt / pepper, not chipotle seasoning

Tenders were there but were not seasoned at all, no lemon pepper dry rub.

Carrots were there, but no ranch to go with them.

Outside of that, the boneless ordered was correct and the carrots were present.

The food we received was good overall and we finished it all with the exception of the carrots as we had no ranch to go with them. Overall if this were any other place that had history I would go somewhere else entirely but with it being a new open shop and visibly understaffed that I could see, I understand why my experience was the way that it was.

If you are planning on going here for a quick pickup during peak meal hours, expect the same until they have some time under their belt. Otherwise, drive to Martinsburg and pick up from their full restaurant and have a drink or 2 while waiting...

Slowest place to get food from and it’s suppose to be on the go bad management and not enough urgency when making the food and food time is managed poorly as well waited in hour for our food and fries were thrown down 45 min so we got cold ass fries and lies smh who hired her smh do better or you won’t last and for the love of god do they take the carrots and celery home that they can’t even give you celery and carrots for every order instead I get one bag and had to celery sticks like why the robbery whoever is the owner of this establishment please I beg you get your store in order you.
