If I could give this place a -1,000,000 stars I would. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. I was told by a very nice young lady at the window to go park and she bring my food out. When this nice young lady brought my food out, I noticed that my food was literally thrown into the bag like they were playing freaking basketball with my food, and everything was a mess and leaking through the wrappers. So I went inside and waited to speak to the GM who was in the bathroom for Over 40 minutes before I even asked to speak to him so by the time he came back to the front that GM was gone for over an hour in the bathroom and I had to sit there and wait for him for 20-25 minutes. When I showed him my food and told him what I was seeing while he was in the bathroom because let me tell you when he was in the bathroom employees were literally touching everything with the gloves they had on and then went and made people's food with the same gloves that they were touching, trash and other gross things with. And all that GM had to say to me was, I know I know I know that was all he said it's not my fault those teenagers or high school students don't like their jobs while being in the kitchen, but it doesn't Give them excuse to do what they were doing. The GM said that he would remake my food so I gave him my food to remake while he was remaking my food. There was a lady in the drive-through waiting for her food right. I then watched the food fall off the counter that was supposed to go to the lady In the drive-through, the nice young ladies at the drive-through window told the man that the food had fallen on the floor then I watched this guy take the food from that bag put it into another bag and tried to serve it to the lady in the drive-through that is some grimy stuff, right there. That store needs to be shut down and needs to have new management to run it cause it's disgusting and those poor young ladies at the drive-through window you know handing out the orders and taking the orders have to sit there and watch everybody else do all this gross crap and then serve it to the customers and they're afraid to say anything because they're afraid they're gonna lose their Jobs. This Taco Bell is a disgrace to all Taco Bell's. I would not recommend eating there unless you wanna have food poisoning or some other food...
Read moreOn 1/8/29-I ordered my food with specific instructions "No Lettuce" (food sensitivity). The cashier read it back to me CORRECTLY. I then excused myself to use the restroom. When I returned, the gentleman who was behind me in line informed me the girl making my tacos not only put Lettuce on them, but then removed the Lettuce, and stated I should have ordered Al Fresco instead of "Supreme no Lettuce add Pico de Gallo"-mocking me. I again verified with the cashier there could not be Lettuce on my tacos or I could have a reaction. The cashier informed the food prepared to please remake my tacos to make sure there was no Lettuce on them. She could have killed me. SCARY!!!!!! The cashier apologized and said she'd bring them to me and apologized again. However, It Was Not Her Fault!!! Then the real fun started...the food preparer had words with the cashier and began yelling. When the cashier said to "Please just drop it..." The other girl screamed "There Are Customers Here You Know..." The cashier brought me my Tacos, and again apologized as she knew I heard the comments. When I asked who the Manager is, it turned out the one making my food...arguing about and mocking my order and yelling at the cashier WAS THE MANAGER (Mercedes) !!! YIIIIIIKES. I told the cashier I am not happy The Manager had mocked per the customer behind me. The Cashier then informed me the District Manager was in the store if I'd like to talk to someone. My question is...if the Manager acts like that when the DM is IN the store...what is she like when the DM ISN'T there? The cashier (Melissa) was EXCELLENT!!!!! The Manager... APPALLING ATTITUDE AND NO LEADERSHIP SKILLS!!!!!!! This girl needs SERIOUS retraining... better yet...FIRE HER!!! I will not be returning to this location as long as she is there and for my own safety!!!! No one deserves to be treated like Melissa was... whether employee or me-the customer...no...
Read moreOut of over a 1/2 dozens trips there in the last two months, they don't seem to be able to get the breakfast menu put up by 7:30 in the morning. When I ask about it, I've been told, "we haven't got to it yet, what do you want to eat?" I ask how am I supposed to tell you if I don't know what's on the menu? I've repeatedly been told, breakfast burritos, breakfast tacos, and breakfast quesadillas. (How about someone coming out and turning the menu around so customers can see it?)
Here's what I know, McDonald's and Burger King have there breakfast menu's up when I drive through. I can see what's available without getting an attitude from the employees. Even after filling out survey's, this store hasn't corrected this issue. Had the same thing happen this morning. (Hint: I typically spend about $8 for breakfast, 5 x per week. That's about $2080 a year. The money is getting spent, TB, do you want it at your store, or across the street?
I hope management starts paying attention and making corrections. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. But lately, the customer service has gone down considerably. The time to get our orders has increased dramatically since they first opened this store. My last trip, there were three of us, each ordering one meal. It took 21 minutes from the time our order was paid for until we received our correct order. We were the first one's in line, and only one order came in after us. The only complicated thing we asked for was no sour cream on the number 1 meal. When my wife and I worked at TB 40 years ago, we had 3 minutes from the time the order was placed until the customer had their complete order. Really sad the customer service has...
