Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

So I am here now trying to redeem a free coupon from T-Mobile. I entered the code into the Burger King app as required. Normally goes without a hitch. Today, the app gives a code MGR REQ The cashier tried to explain that she has seen this error before and the manager basically advised me that there was nothing that she could do about it even though I was able to show her that I was using the BK app and that the redemption had 14+ minutes left on it. Closing the redemption meant that the order has been redeemed. She looked me dead in my face after I asked her if she could override the transaction. She blatantly told me that she could do nothing. She could clearly see that the issue was with the BK app. I would be unable to redeem anything if it was not available to do so. Was prepared to spend additional money on other stuff to add to my order. Extremely dissatisfied. Will not return as it is apparent that customer service is non existent at this restaurant. Will be complaining further regarding...

Came here for lunch with the family after an appointment. The Staff were fast and friendly. But, the food was sub par for the average Burger King experience. The buns, the burgers and chicken sandwhiches were on, were very stale. To give you an idea, the chicken sandwhich was drowned in mayo (not by order) and that wasn't enough to help the stale bun.

The Steakhouse Kings we ordered were old as well. They had that look of dry patties from sitting out for a long time. Same can be said with the chicken pattie. Just wasn't appealing and didn't taste very well either.

My SO made the comment the food could have been left over from the night before. It's a shame if it was, because my family really are loyal Burger King eaters. And, to give an understanding to her comment. We had gotten there just at 11 am. Lunch items should be fresh...

While traveling on I81 south, we choose to get off on this exit to find something to eat. Fast food, of course. This exit wasn't busy, so it made for easy access and exit. They do have roundabouts, so if you are not a fan of them, this may not be your exit. There isn't a lot of traffic, so navigating around wasn't difficult. We chose to go to Burger King as they make a good burger. We were not disappointed. Angie took our order, and she was so polite and friendly. And went above and beyond to make sure my husbands custom order was correct down to the way he likes his tea. We went inside to order but took our food to go since we still had a long ride ahead of us. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms as well. They had lots of sitting inside and outside.
