This is by far the worst Caseys ive ever been to ONLY because of the terrible employees. Every single time i come into the store the employees are all congregated and having loud conversations with each other. When im waiting at the register it always seems to take at least 20 seconds for someone to slowly make their way over (a whopping 10ft). Then they continue their conversations with each other, never even saying a word to me or making eye contact. It doesnt matter who is working as this is common practice. The only acknowledgment i ever get is from the security guard as im leaving. The employees were so rude today that i had to call a friend of mine to ask where something was located in the store because the employees couldnt be bothered to provide a tiny bit of actual customer service. Read moreMy friend worked there and was forced to work 100+ hours every two weeks. She has called me crying telling me horror stories about the place. Been in that store a couple different times and the employees were so rude, and always shouting. Food was terrible too, and usually I dig Casey's food. The new manager was the worst (Dallas) so lazy and rude. I heard him bashing his employees one of the times I came in. Always scheduled my friend to work double shifts, she'd be forced to close, then forced to come in to work at 3am. Who does that someone?!l. Why didn't corporate get involved sooner? Read moreAs a delivery driver coming to this location quite often to fuel my vehicle it has been disappointing to see time and time again pumps not properly working. I understand some of this could be from something that they can’t always help with because of maybe having to replace parts on the pumps or something or certain cards not reading correctly but time and time again I have been having to keep switching pumps because usually the first one I pull up to doesn’t work.
