I feel sorry for employees subjected to this locations customer base after reading the other reviews. If you want 10 butter and honey packets, take some responsibility and ask for 10 of each butter and honey packets. A poor review because you didn't get as many as you felt entitled to is pathetic. If you're expecting a mind reader better stay up late for the commercial for Miss Cleo's phone number on the free antenna channels. Maybe she'll know how many honey and butter packets AR required to make you happy. There are three reasons anyone should ever need to call corporate. The first is a health concern to the employees or the public, the second is a safety concern to employees or the public, and 3rd is to praise or recognize an employee for Behavior that they deserve to be recognized for. You don't threaten an employee to call corporate on them and demand the phone number. You all in the reviews threatening to call corporate obviously can work the internet it should be an easy step to learn how to use Google for that number. If you were in the store demanding the customer service number while threatening an employee , if I were behind you in line I would Google it for you just to get rid of you . The review that got me probably the most was the review where they were mad they did not get napkins in their bag in drive-, I get how thinking that chicken is a messy finger food would be a napkins would be a given to be included however it's more of a concern that the person that thinks it's logical to give a negative review based on how many napkins are in the bag also thinks it's a good idea to eat greasy finger food chicken while driving down the road it is not appropriate nor is it safe in any way, and napkins don't really make it any more safe. if you don't like customer service that does not treat you like you're entitled, it's like online ordering was made just for you do the employee's and other customers a favor and factor yourselves out of future encounters. Read moreI just went threw the drive threw. I first asked the gentleman standing outside if still open, and he greatfully said yes ma'am. I was like thank God 🤗🙏 well there 95% of the time I only get the potpies as their so delicious and I was starving!!! Unfortunately the same gentleman with the brown hair nicely let me down with bad news that they we're out sadly 😔 I jokingly said so that means your paying for my meal then lol and said I'm just kidding. I work at McDonald's so I know what it's like. I proceeded to order something different and he made my night by paying for my meal since they were out of my favorite and only favorite dish. I said on no I was jk it's ok, and he stated no I'm for real. Order whatever you'd like besides the potpie. I was shocked & stunned and so grateful! That honestly made my night. I just order a couple CHK tenders and a small Mac n Chez. I didn't have and cash on me for a tip so the best I could do to thank him was give him one of the scratch off tickets I just bought... That's was amazing customer service.not just bc he paid for the meal, but how polite and sympathetic he was knowing I was bummed about the potpie, and I had a long day n just wanted to get some food n get home. Thank you so much! I'm greatly appreciative of the support! KFC managers make sure you give him some kind of bonus or incentive for such great compassion customer service and amazing work at the end of a long day shift that is 100% satisfactory customer service. 7/16/24 I was a long time customer going back to my college days. However, that has ended after my last visit. I waited inside after going through drive thru where it was a 4 minute wait to waiting inside for over 45 minutes. I never seen it like that where they didn't have any chicken just after 6pm. An individual that prepared my food raised their voice and displayed a continued attitude. I hadn't planned on being there that long. After preparing my food, the staff worker with all kinds of negative body language tosses my to go food on the counter and abruptly walked away. At that point I had had enough. I got my money back. I'm not if anything was done about that worker. I didn't have to eat their food aa there are other places. Why have workers like that there? Anyway that will be my last time there.
