Hi I would like to share that Ashley the manager and all the managers are very very respectful, nice an so kind I had an interview with Alexis an it went amazing he made me feel so welcome an like I was apart of the team an also Ashley the first person I met to have a sit down an fill out some paperwork and to get to know one another and I went in there with confidence knowing that when one door 🚪 closes on u a nother door open Ashley was very nice , patient, honest and straight to the point about everything I asked her an when I walked in Riverside McDonald’s I felt so welcomed they place is clean , organized an the people who work there are so nice an kind they show u that u are our the number one customer they don’t have u waiting u get served right away very fast food place food is always fresh an good how I know that because I been there to see it now I am part of the team an I am so greatly to be , I am so glad that I Ashley gave me the opportunity to be a part of the team the place is amazing so people come on an give it up for Riverside McDonald’s the O’Brien restaurant where u get get the best fresh fast food at come on out to Iowa City Riverside McDonald’s people you want regret it I promise you. 1-27-2019 God bless all the McDonald’s in Iowa City especially...
Read moreGranted, McDonald's is a staple for a majority of the world but this location is a reason to never go back the legacy we all grew up with.
It took almost 30 minutes to get my 2 burgers I ordered through the drive-thru. The only reason it was received under 30 minutes was because I left the designated parking spot for drive-thru in order to find out what could possibly cause such a delay. It turns out, they didn't even make the order at all. 12 minutes to get to the window from ordering, 8 minutes waiting at the parking spot and then an additional 9 minutes for them to actually prepare the order that may have never been made had I not gone in.
The issue was purely self inflicted as every employee in there displayed absolutely no ownership of the issue. There were 3 other unhappy guests also waiting for their orders and 1 of them saw their order number disappear from the screen and never relieved their order either. The "manager" had no sympathy or apology for the atrocious service provided and simply walked away while uttering profanities to himself and the other staff.
I'm definitely not "lovin it" and I'm sure the proprietor and the McDonald's corporation won't either. Two thumbs down for this unnecessary disappointment...
Read moreWhat seems now to be in a trend amongst Americanswe are downsizing in our restaurants are the customers liking it not so much your sizes are getting smaller you're not wanting to feel your fries to the top so people are ordering a large and in reality they're getting them out of a medium and if they or medium they're getting in reality the amount of a small and if they order a small they may just actually get a small or a child's Happy meal fry with an extra fryer to so no customers are not happy about this downsizing it wouldn't be so bad that you're downsizing to quote unquote have healthier meals for your customers except for the fact that you want to raise your prices for way too much so McDonald's fill your fries cuz you're doing very poorly on that people go there because of your fries you can ask around and your customers will tell you the main reason they choose McDonald's is for their fries and for the kids so they can play on the equipment not so much your sandwiches or your drinks or your prices you used to be the cheapest place here in Muscatine however now you're just as expensive as anywhere else and you're serving less portions no longer Muscatine favorite sorry McDonald's not sorry you did...
