This evening I ordered Domino's the same as I usually do. This evening though, was completely different. Tonight I ordered and waited watching the online tracker go from prepping to baking to Quality check as it said on quality check for almost an hour as it took quite a long time to even get to Quality check it became to the point of being ridiculous. I went to Domino's and our order had been sitting in that bag of theirs for about an hour they refunded the delivery charge $10 when I got home we open the box and not surprisingly the pizza was kinda cold, and the sandwich the pepperoni on it was so dry it literally crumbled into little pieces it was the definition of dry. We also ordered wings which were thrown together and just squirted with barbecue sauce nothing close to there picture. With the level of care that was put into our order I literally feel insulted. I understand things get busy and people aren't always trained the best, but I also know the difference between someone trying to do their job and someone just trying to smush stuff together and get it out the door. Now we take it back cashier he asked what is wrong with it after telling him he crumbled the my receipt and sarcastically said I'll be refunded. Still waiting for my $18 dollars to be sent back to my bank card owner gave me a site that can't be reached I wish you would just give me my money back I promise...
Read moreUpon receiving our order, we noticed an item was missing. I immediately called to inquire about the missing item and was told there driver would be back to the shop in 6 minutes and they would send out my missing item. 45 minutes had passed since the initial inquiry call and my food had still not arrived!! Given the weather, I was a bit understanding when 20 minutes had passed by, but 45 minutes really?!?! So I again called to ask about my food and they said there must have been a miscommunication in house about my missing food. I was told it would be an additional 35 minutes before my food would arrive!! At that point I became very unhappy and said I would just drive there myself and would like a refund. They proceeded to give me many excuses as to why my order was never delivered; miscommunication, there only driver got stuck in the snow, they forgot. The manager then tells me, he is the only driver, and he drove all the way from south of Marinette to help, at that point I know longer carried, I just wanted my food. He said he could personally bring me my food and a coupon for the trouble!! The total time from order, to delivery of my missing food has been 2 hours!! At best a phone call explaining the situation would have been appreciated!! I will no longer bring my business to this...
Read moreWho says no one does the right thing anymore? A couple of days ago I ordered a small pizza which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the window it wasn't ready...hadn't even been made yet. I needed it for someone that would be on their hour lunch break so asked them to cancel the order as I couldn't wait. It was obvious that they were SLAMMED with orders (probably due to the weather). I didn't think twice and picked up something else. The next day I called in to place another order (same item) and was told that the pizza would be free. The manager had kept track of the cancelled order and instructed the next order for me was free. I showed up to get the order and tried to pay for it...they wouldn't take my money but told me that (as it says on the box) if you're not completely satisfied with your experience "we will make it right"...then apologized and thanked me for my business. Now THAT'S how you run a business! My thanks to that store manager for his attention and Dominos for their great pizza...looking...
