Dunkin' — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

The drive-thru is pretty awkward since it wraps around the building, effectively blocking in anyone who parks in their parking lot. The line will also block the street since people will sit there blocking the turn-off. The selection inside the store is better than the drive-thru selection. Inside, I found lemon-filled, eclairs, cruellers, bismarks, vanilla-or chocolate-filled and a dozen more, NOT shown on the app, nor drive-thru. The donuts aren't soft, even in the morning. The insides are generously filled, unlike other DD I've gone to, where it's almost all donut, and there is a dime-sized blob of filling. These, when you bite in and work your way around, leaving the filling for last, leave you with a messy, goopy, jelly, or custard blob on your fingers and chin. Unless you are driving and eating your donut on your way to work... in THAT case, you'll also have a blob on the front of your shirt. Overall, I'll give them 4 stars because the parking situation/drive-thru is an absolute nightmare. Save your aggravation for another day and either park across the side street by the broasted chicken place or at Hucks gas station and walk over to get...

Save your time & money & go to Edelweiss. Rude employee at drive thru our last 2 visits. We visit daily, typically early morning and everything is fine. Later on, very poor, rude service, incorrect order, frozen cream cheese inside of bagel bites. After our visit just now, we will NEVER patronize this business again. Employee rolled her eyes, mumbled and proceeded to walk away. This employee needs to be taught how to treat people. She has zero respect, zero care about customers. Went through drive through and was told to pull up to 2nd window and was left there and forgot about. Got my drink that was made wrong and then they left me there and forgot about my donuts. It was a dozen random donuts. Had to honk horn like 5 times and then was treated very rudely because they forgot about me. Didn't even get an apology or have a nice day. Won't be going there again.
