Today I had the privilege of an extended conversation with the GM, Kentrice. I stopped here because of it being a Killian franchise restaurant that I'm familiar with in many parts of Eastern and northeastern wisconsin. My experience is generally have been very positive and when they haven't I know that Killian cares about their customers. My comments here relate to the interaction I had with the manager which maybe a typical but still reflective of the type of people that work at this location. My meal wasn't fancy just a large diet Coke and the free packer game large fry but nonetheless I was able to talk with the manager in the lobby for 10 plus minutes of extended time. I appreciated the attention, although I did not need it, and left feeling extremely valued as a customer and as a person. The topics we talked about we're varied. I left the store feeling energized and hopeful of the type of people that exist, and in this case exist behind a particular McDonald's uniform. We are more than the clothes we wear or a job we might have. This manager, named k e n t r i c e was polite and a good conversationalist but also an effective listener. She was sensitive to the content and the feelings of what I shared and also shared about herself. I was so impressed that I decided to write this message to let others know that I'm confident that if you ever had an issue at this store, that this particular manager would work to help you obviously within reason and that being respectful in sharing your frustrations would get positive results to the best of this manager's ability. I will definitely come back to this store even if it's out of my way just to get a bite to eat and say hello to this manager again. My guess is that she's the type of manager that the employees like working for and I wish there were more people like her in my professional life with her style of interaction and special...
Read more10:40 friday march 8th, we came here, we understand it's late and you don't want to be here. but we came to pickup our order and an employee was super rude, and told us they couldn't make half of our order we made on the mobile app, which isn't a problem but the way he said it was belitting and rude, didn't offer me any replacements and didn't lead to any direction for a refund I made on my card and told me it wasn't their problem?? and i still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. if you don't want to serve customers, don't work in customer service in the fast food industry. this experience was super upsetting and whoever that boy was who's being rude to hungry customers, I hope you have a great day! :) this place has gone down hill fast in the last few months. almost down to 2 stars, bet you're glad. maybe properly train employees to handle customer service. Thanks for stealing my money, making me wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers, and giving me the true yooper welcome with your AMAAAZZing(end sarcasm) customer service. Employee was not wearing name tag...
Read moreWent here again today Friday July 30th and again was subjected to the sub par performance of perhaps the worst McDonald's in all of Michigan and Wisconsin. Ordered a Filet of Fish meal and they handed me the bag with cold nasty fries. Pulled to waiting area to wait for fresh fries, got my sandwich out and couldn't even bite through the nasty old bun!!! Manager said he was sorry, he had just got on duty and brought out fresh hot sandwich. I don't blame him, the consistently poor service and quality of food at this franchise is a result of poor ownership. Moved here four years ago and gotten nothing but messed up orders and cold food almost every time going here. I do enjoy a couple McDonald's staples like the Filet of fish and sausage McMuffins, and you would think you good get a hot fresh sandwich. This and the one in Ashland Wisconsin I believe are owned by the same franchisee, they are the only McDonald's that don't carry hot...
