Burger King — Restaurant in Irvine

I'm not a big fast food eater. It's literally poison going into your body but T-Mobile gives free offers for a free whopper. It's free so I can deal with the poison going into my body for one meal. No problem. But, T-Mobile has a history of giving offers for free things and the offer doesn't apply at checkout like it's supposed to so you get stuck with the order and pay for it. I called customer service to try to cancel my online order but I was on hold for so long that if I DIDN'T get the order, I would forfeit it. I'm definitely not about to pay for something I was supposed to get for free and then forfeit it on top of that. So, I got the order and waited for customer service. I waited from the time I called while leaving my house which is a good 10 minutes away, waited in the 6 car line, finished the food, and he just finally answers only to tell me it's not their fault because they have technical difficulties. That's unacceptable and I have now decided to boycott burger king. Not that I really like ingesting poison anyways but now I won't even take any free offers. T-Mobile has a great way of destroying relations with other companies relations with their customers. Well played T-Mobile. Taco bell is their first victim now burger...

It’s the little things that matters .. at 16:00 on a Friday .. I went in with a very low blood sugar level .. I can barely talk .. I ordered so fast the cashier barely heard me .. and thought I didn’t want a drink .. it’s my fault I didn’t speak very well I was hypo .. to keep my self not thinking of my glucose reading I went to the toilet .. and when I came out I glanced at the counter my order wasn’t ready .. I looked back again the same guy was holding my food covered in the heating prep area .. so thoughtful .. and when I picked up the tray .. I asked about the drink .. he said “oh my mistake I thought you didn’t want one” with a smile .. I figured that he didn’t hear me and didn’t even see him frown or bad body language like blaming me or sort of a thing .. he didn’t make me look stupid which fast food joints love to do 😂 .. and for me barely speaking up he was generous enough to give it to me free of charge .. I insist to pay for it because it was my mistake .. I shouldn’t wait till I get that low of glucose level .. these two lill gestures made my lunch experience over the top ❤️ thank you young man you are going...

When you are Mexican and don’t realize there is no BBQ Sauce on Tacos…. Ordered 4 Tacos…. And all 4 came with BBQ sauce… and took almost 10 min to prepare food… As staff too busy laughing and joking around with Manager…. Only person working…. Was a gentleman that doesn’t speak Spanish and has an amazing tan…reminds me of the actor from the Blind Side….He was quiet and doing all the work… while the Manager and the rest were busy making fun of one of the females of not having papers….

Avoid this place….Had to throw away most of the order…: BBQ Sauce just don’t go with Tacos…

I eat at the BK in Fullerton near the College…. Much better Service and Quality…. Their Tacos don’t have BBQ sauce… I went there just to see if BBQ Sauce was the new thing… asked the Manager and found out NO…

Perhaps the staff at the Irvine location was Pranking me???? Perhaps that’s why it took so long to get the food and why they...
