Just went here for the first time, and it's safe to say it'll be the first of many... Here's the scoop (yeah, I know): TLDR Version: Get the shake. 4 scoops, pick 2+2.

Lots of flavors including 3 dairy free vegan and 2 sugar free. 30+ full tilt, sugary, creamy and nicely varied choices. You'll not get a full description of the flavors until you're on site, but you won't be disappointed. If anything, it's paralyzing having so many choices. You'll order from a friendly teenager who will give you a simple paper ticket. They'll go make your order while you pay. Leave a tip in cash or on your card. They're well staffed and the (long) line moves fast as a result. All the normal stuff you'd expect at a traditional ice cream shop with cones, dishes, edible bowls, etc rounding out the mix of shakes, floats, blizzards (hurricanes here) and sundaes. Handel's has finally arrived to Irvine Spectrum! What a lovely treat to grab with friends. The icecream standard is maintained as with all other Handel's Icecream places I've been too (San Diego, Jamboree Rd). There's a slight noticeable difference in serving size depending on which location you go to - but I think it just depends on the people who work there hahaha. There's a line, as expected, but the line goes by reasonably fast as there are at least three workers manning the stations.
