While the place looked clean and nice, the coffee was less than average. It is always a shocker when you pay money for a cup of coffee and realize that you can make a better one at home. I ordered a cappuccino and my wife got a toasted matcha drink, both were a disappointment. The Cappuccino tasted off more on the Sour side, i am able to pull better espresso shots with my breville touch at home than what i had there. The taste was disappointing and i was very unsatisfied. Since i limit my caffeine intake that meant that it was the only coffee i am having that day. Now for the toasted Matcha, it tasted like sugar and hot chocolate infused with the flavor of Matcha, which was very disappointing for my wife, and she threw out the cup. The Croissants were the highlight of the experience as they tasted good. I don’t know if it was the barista, not knowing how to make the drinks or if it was the beans of the coffee they used themselves. I sure will find out because I did buy two bags of their freshly roasted coffee beans, which I am going to make...

MoonGoat Coffee Roasters by UCI blew me away—way beyond what I expected from a campus-adjacent spot. The vibe is effortlessly cool with a spacious setup both indoors and out, making it perfect whether you’re posting up with your laptop, catching up with a friend, or grabbing something quick before hopping on the freeway.

Shoutout to Marco, the barista magician who not only pulled a gorgeous flat white but was kind enough to let me film him mid-pour—latte art on point! He even took the time to heat up my croissant just right—crispy on the outside, buttery and warm inside. It’s the little things like that that make a place memorable.

There are food options, great parking, plenty of seating, and it’s steps from campus. I love that it feels like a real café experience, not just a student hangout. Totally...

Having been a regular at their Costa Mesa spot, I've dearly missed the unique ambiance and quality coffee. Imagine my delight finding that same great vibe so close to my new home. The new spot doesn't miss a beat – it's the perfect blend of cozy and energizing, making it ideal for both quick coffee runs and short work sessions to get out of the office.

The food, as always, is fantastic; it's evident that quality isn't compromised no matter where they set up shop.
